The ETrance Neo is Pure EV’s most powerful electric scooter. With a claimed range of around 120kms, this e-scooter is being positioned as an urban scooter that won’t be a part of scooters with range anxiety issues.
The ETrance Neo gets a 2.5kWH lithium battery and a BLDC motor that helps power this e-scooter. The battery is portable which means the rider can remove it and take it home to charge it. The company claims a top speed of 60kmph and has a 150kg load bearing capacity. In terms of features, this e-scooter gets a decent list. It gets a four-inch LCD display, regenerative braking, LED headlight and anti-theft smart lock.
Currently, this company has an extremely small presence in the country. So there’s hardly any sales dealership for this brand. That means, acquiring the ETrance Neo is going to be a difficult affair.

Within six months charging problem was raised. After informing to service centre problem was not solved. They have not registered the complaint after so many calls over the last 15 days. The showroom is also closed from where I bought it. They have only one service centre in Delhi and after many calls and telling them my problem not registered my complaint for that one service centre.

Purchasing review, after 4 month:--pros1. Look good --cons1. Huge sound in battery cabinet, no proper fixture to hold the battery, so it's keep on jumping, so much of sound like you are putting some rock in your dickey2. The worst part is charging time is very high, it takes 5 hrs. For charging for full charge, show room people told 3-4 hours..3. There are 6 bars on charging indicator, pick up is ok till 4 bars, 5th and 6th bar pick up is very poor. Not happy5. Quality of the bike is very poor, material in the parts getting rust. 6. Side stand is very poor, its getting bend when we park on side stand. Some times its felling down7. The paint/prints getting pealed of after 1 month, you cannot see the indications prints on dash board and back support.8. Poor quality tires and shock absorbers, shock absorbers don't absorb shocks properly, you will be keep on jumping for small bumps and pits.It heart your back for sure. do not purchase this brand, please try another brand. If you still wants to purchase its upto you,

I buy pure entrance neo in April 2022. The riding experience is very good. Pick-up is very good. The battery is good. The top speed is 57 to 59 . I got top speed on full charged condition 62 kmph. No maintenance is required still. I suggest all to buy this if they required and look into range in 100 km. A very low cost and imperative ev.

Pure ev fake commitment

Buying experience was good but don't go for pure ev because they cheat customer. If we compare speed and distance as per gmaps both are fake. It shows 60km/h on odometer but 48-49km/h on gmaps. If we travel 10 kms on gmaps then odometer show12.8 kms. Fake commitment....Don't go for this company....Price is also too high.
