Aprilia India has updated its portfolio with the launch of the new RS 660. The new middleweight model from the Italian brand has been introduced alongside its roadster sibling, the Tuono 660.
Both motorcycles use a 659cc, parallel-twin, liquid-cooled engine. The motor on the RS 660, however, makes more power than the Tuono 660. Linked to a six-speed gearbox, the motor produces 98.6bhp of power at 10,500rpm and 67Nm of peak torque at 8,500rpm on the RS 660 as against 93.6bhp at 10,500rpm and 67Nm at 8,500rpm on the Tuono 660.
The new RS 660 packs a sportier persona through the use of a clip-on style handlebar. The RS660 is available in three colours – Apex Black, Lava Red, and Acid Gold. The suspension setup on the RS 660 includes Kayaba 41mm upside-down front forks and an asymmetrically-mounted rear mono-shock. The braking tasks are handled by 320mm dual discs at the front and a 220mm single rotor at the back.
The styling cues on the motorcycle include a sharp full-fairing, twin-pod LED headlamps with cornering lights, a muscular fuel tank, split-style saddle, and a compact exhaust canister. The electronic rider aids include a six-axis IMU, three-level cornering ABS, adjustable wheelie control, traction control, engine brake control, a bidirectional quickshifter, a cruise control system, and five riding modes.

It is a good bike but not the best as in this price range there are many bikes that provide more comfort than this. Some cons of this bike according to me are 1.Weight- It is a very heavy bike if you are a beginner or are coming from a light weight bike then I will not recommend you to buy this as it is very hard to control in a city area.

Tips for other riders
Need to change oil after every 1500-2000 km. Change the exhaust note for more loudness and performance as it's exhaust is not that good.
