- Honda’s total sale stands at 3.53 lakh units

Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India have announced its May 2022 sales wherein it sold a total of 3.53 lakh units. In comparison to May 2021 which suffered due to a nationwide lockdown, this is a 507 per cent growth.
On the other hand, when looking at the month-on-month numbers, Honda has witnessed a de-growth in sales against April 2022. The manufacturer sold 3.61 lakh motorcycles and scooters then. Nonetheless, for May this year, 3.20 lakh units were sold in India whereas 32,344 units were sold in international markets.
Interestingly, the Activa 6G and the CB Shine contributed the maximum last month with over 2 lakh units sold in May 2021. That said, the CB Unicorn, Dream and Dio also registered a good amount of sales last month.
