The Hero XPulse 200, one of the most awaited launches of 2019, was recently spotted testing again. This time around, CS Santosh, the ace Dakar rider from Hero MotoSports, was caught testing this adventure bike at the Big Rock Motopark facility outside Bengaluru.
These pictures are screenshots from a video that was taken down from Youtube. The video showed two variants of the XPulse being tested by CS Santosh. While one looks like a production-ready model, the other is a pumped up model that looks more hardcore. From the pictures, it’s clear that CS Santosh is testing the bike in extreme conditions. It also looks like the company wants to make sure the bike is put through a lot of abuse before it makes its way to the production line.
The red bike in the pictures look more hardcore with a custom seat. The tail piece is also missing from this bike in order to reduce the bike’s overall weight. It’s too early to say, but this hardcore model might make its way to Hero showrooms as a display model.
The XPulse will be launched in India in the next few weeks. However, there’s no concrete information about its touring variant,the XPulse 200T, or if it will be launched alongside the adventure variant.
