Returned to the showroom to get the bike serviced. Got the same answer, there was no staff for the service, and told to come after 2 days. I got the same answer after 3 days. The mechanic who took the service also opened our bike and started servicing another bike. Our total time was wasted.

In gujarat only high speed moped is available with state gov. Subsidy of 19000 Rs per bike.
Price around 75000 Rs after subsidy.
Major problem with speedometer.
It shows 65-70 km/h but in actual conditions it's 55 km/h.
Another problem riding is the kilometre showing 80 km but in actual it's only 60 km. Else lithium iron battery is good. 2.30 hour for fully charge. You can go for city rides.

My bike is more time running only service center only.No spare battery is available. The service engineer told me more about the bike battery problems so didn't give me a spare battery. Customer care only formalities only. Doesn't replies with a correct response.

The bike is okay but sensor problems, brake issues, and a totally plastic body. If you run 50 kms on a petrol bike this bike shows 70 km. Don't buy electric bikes. A petrol bike is best. if you purchase an electrical bike and you want to resale the bike, people ask for 10000rs and 20000rs only. Waste waste waste.

Very bad service Tk-7229-20by-030627..this is my battery number last 35 days I am waiting but no response. Even I'm calling daily but still they are saying that we can't do anything u need to wait more than 15 days battery delivery on May 17 to Delhi. Till today no response. Please solve issue

But battery warrant over I come dealers service paid a total of 35,000 new batteries why
I bought new Okinawa praise 75000₹
And I lose money for company Okinawa and dealers service very poor and very bad
Explain -
1. New scooty Okinawa praise = 75000₹ (9500km)
2. Dealers service total 5000₹
3. Battery warrant over new battery 35,000₹
Total 1,15,000₹ very loss money useless electric scooter Okinawa
I will never buy Okinawa praise
Dealers not helping me to solve the problems.
All I think is money greedy company.

I bought this scooter 1.5 years ago, and today, my charger socket burnt out. I visited an authorized partner in Ahmedabad.
They quoted me 550 INR + GST for a female socket and 1250 INR + GST for a 3-foot wire with a male socket. Additionally, they charged 550 INR + GST for service.
They are charging a significant amount for maintenance. I checked on Flipkart, and other brands offer a wire with both male and female sockets for just 550 INR. Okinawa, on the other hand, is charging around 2500 INR.

I bought this scooter from ahmedabad (ctm showroom).
In 6 months i have completed around 10000 kms during that time I am happy with this scooter for both riding and mileage but after 1 small jerk during riding my thought changed due to the below issue.
During driving my vehicle tire fell on the road cavity and the rim got bent.
The scooter is in service for the last 15 days and I have to use ola/uber and all my savings with riding 10000kms are getting wasted.
Daily I am calling the service center but the result is zero.
The rim as well as tyre are very worst for Indian road condition
The company should re-design the rim as well as tyre by taking some testing on a normal road, not on a smooth highway.
