    Very poor service for 20 days my scooter is at home and shows a system issue but the service team as well as the sales team is not responding. I got the problem from day 1 but was unable to resolve it. The Ola Electric app is also not working and not showing my scooter. Very bad experience after purchasing this scooter.

  • Worst experience using ola vehicle (S1 X+)

    The vehicle was delivered late after booking and after using for 3months the Ola vehicle, it has started giving problems. There is also proper support and service from Ola customer service. I started hating this vehicle, customers will lose hope if they do so. Very worst experience. It stops suddenly, and don't get started.

    According to the other electric scooter, the Ola price is extremely good and the riding experience is also good. smoothly it runs and about look it is outstanding the seat was very big and comfortable easily 3 people can sit. And the last Ola service is very nice it helps you 24x7. Thanks.

    Riding experience is good for a height of 5'8
    Looks are amazing and good road presence

    The battery not working. When I connect to customer care they not working properly. Total waste of money.
    I completed only a 1294 km journey and within that time 2 times manufacturing defects.
    They came to the room additional charge of Rs.12499/- And they said that the item is not included in the warranty. Totally fraud company.

    They promised a one-time charge will take 140km, but exactly it will go only 90km,, then after buying it within 27days it shows many issues through driving,, every 3 minutes it needs parking mode when I complain ola care, they are just playing with us by promising dates by dates, they didn't come to our home to take it... They didn't give service also, now the vehicle is in our garage after 152000/of investment it is no need now..Only for the fake promise of the ola scooter company.

    Worst customer care service, it takes 30-45 mins just to get to a customer service agent, and even after that, no proper timelines are communicated. I had a minor issue with an address mismatch for my rto registration, they requested for additional documents after 3-4 days, which I shared immediately. Now even after 6-7 days, I haven't received any information regarding any process. I haven't received any call from rto registration agency which works after you provide vahan otp. I requested customer care many times to escalate my issue or get me in touch with someone who could give me a proper response. Which I always answered or the team will get in touch with you. This is the most they have talked to me. I just wondered even before getting my vehicle, it takes so much time to resolve any issues, not sure what would happen at the time of services or roadside assistance. I feel trapped by paying the whole amount, I will not recommend anyone else to get in this situation, stick to traditional 2-vehicle companies they are also providing great options now. If this gets the attention of ola management, I would really like to resolve this issue.

    They cheated customers by creating hype. It stops surely but no one attends for service. Please don’t buy.
    Customer service, they never lift. Don’t expect a service person will visit.
    They don’t respond to emails too.
    After 10 days, I tried roadside assistance, and it worked.
    My scooter is ola s1 pro. Still, they have sent back scooters but they ask only to use 50% of the battery. How a joke it is.
    I have had Nexon ev since more than a year. Never got into any trouble.
    But my decision is wrong with ola scooter.
    In my opinion, it’s not a reliable company, it’s to cheat on either customers or investors.

    Buying experience: easily reached my destination and it was not hectic,scooter safely reached my destination
    Riding experience: extremely smooth and also have to many functioned keys to ease the riding experience
    Details about look: personally I didn't like s1's look because its look too simple they should take some efforts to enhance its look and also it should suit all generation of people
    Performance: its performance is good but sometimes in ghats it doesn't take pickup fast
    Servicing and maintenance: overall I didn't feel any problem with servicing and maintenance it was easily done
    Pros and cons: pros :- if you want this for daily short distances go for it because it is pocket friendly, also we will not contribute to harming nature so far, have more functions than any other scooter
    Cons: sometimes it sound comes from some parts like from its dis brake and from its headlight part, I didn't like its look it can be more enhanced, in the village part it can be not so efficient because in villages there is a shortage of electricity and also doesn't want many electric stations also roads in villages not good so this bike may not perform that well
    Mine suggestion: for daily use and occasional outings you can go for it

I got the problem from day 1 but was unable to resolve it. The Ola Electric app is also not working and not showing my scooter. Very bad experience after purchasing this scooter.

  • Worst experience using ola vehicle (S1 X+)

    The vehicle was delivered late after booking and after using for 3months the Ola vehicle, it has started giving problems. There is also proper support and service from Ola customer service. I started hating this vehicle, customers will lose hope if they do so. Very worst experience. It stops suddenly, and don't get started.

    According to the other electric scooter, the Ola price is extremely good and the riding experience is also good. smoothly it runs and about look it is outstanding the seat was very big and comfortable easily 3 people can sit. And the last Ola service is very nice it helps you 24x7. Thanks.

    The battery not working. When I connect to customer care they not working properly. Total waste of money.
    I completed only a 1294 km journey and within that time 2 times manufacturing defects.
    They came to the room additional charge of Rs.12499/- And they said that the item is not included in the warranty. Totally fraud company.

    They promised a one-time charge will take 140km, but exactly it will go only 90km,, then after buying it within 27days it shows many issues through driving,, every 3 minutes it needs parking mode when I complain ola care, they are just playing with us by promising dates by dates, they didn't come to our home to take it... They didn't give service also, now the vehicle is in our garage after 152000/of investment it is no need now..Only for the fake promise of the ola scooter company.

    Worst customer care service, it takes 30-45 mins just to get to a customer service agent, and even after that, no proper timelines are communicated. I had a minor issue with an address mismatch for my rto registration, they requested for additional documents after 3-4 days, which I shared immediately. Now even after 6-7 days, I haven't received any information regarding any process. I haven't received any call from rto registration agency which works after you provide vahan otp. I requested customer care many times to escalate my issue or get me in touch with someone who could give me a proper response. Which I always answered or the team will get in touch with you. This is the most they have talked to me. I just wondered even before getting my vehicle, it takes so much time to resolve any issues, not sure what would happen at the time of services or roadside assistance. I feel trapped by paying the whole amount, I will not recommend anyone else to get in this situation, stick to traditional 2-vehicle companies they are also providing great options now. If this gets the attention of ola management, I would really like to resolve this issue.

  • Ola electric to cheat customers

    They cheated customers by creating hype. It stops surely but no one attends for service. Please don’t buy.
    Customer service, they never lift. Don’t expect a service person will visit.
    They don’t respond to emails too.
    After 10 days, I tried roadside assistance, and it worked.
    My scooter is ola s1 pro. Still, they have sent back scooters but they ask only to use 50% of the battery. How a joke it is.
    I have had Nexon ev since more than a year. Never got into any trouble.
    But my decision is wrong with ola scooter.
    In my opinion, it’s not a reliable company, it’s to cheat on either customers or investors.

    Buying experience: easily reached my destination and it was not hectic,scooter safely reached my destination
    Riding experience: extremely smooth and also have to many functioned keys to ease the riding experience
    Details about look: personally I didn't like s1's look because its look too simple they should take some efforts to enhance its look and also it should suit all generation of people
    Performance: its performance is good but sometimes in ghats it doesn't take pickup fast
    Servicing and maintenance: overall I didn't feel any problem with servicing and maintenance it was easily done
    Pros and cons: pros :- if you want this for daily short distances go for it because it is pocket friendly, also we will not contribute to harming nature so far, have more functions than any other scooter
    Cons: sometimes it sound comes from some parts like from its dis brake and from its headlight part, I didn't like its look it can be more enhanced, in the village part it can be not so efficient because in villages there is a shortage of electricity and also doesn't want many electric stations also roads in villages not good so this bike may not perform that well
    Mine suggestion: for daily use and occasional outings you can go for it
