Price is on higher side but it's worth it.
Looks are outstanding and eye catching
    No comfort for pillion though.
Cannot drive for more than an hour due to wrist and back pain initially, but when you adapt it will be at ease
Braking and dual channel abs is awesome.
Once VVA kicks in, it's a beast. Drive safely always. It easily acheives100 km/h.

  • Best bike

    Mithilesh Dangi

    1. I bought it from perfect riders, which is an authorized Yamaha dealer. Their staff is good, but once you get your bike, they don't respond to you properly. So my buying experience is not good.
    2. The riding experience is good only for short rides; if you want to do a long road trip and the daily commute, this is not the right bike for you. The pillion seat is not at all comfortable. If you ride this bike for a long time, you'll end up with lower back and wrist pain. This bike is for performance, not to ride comfortably.
On December 31, 2022, I went on a one-day trip with my sister on my brand-new Yamaha r15 v4. In one day, I covered almost 290 to 300 kilometers. After coming back to my house, my lower back started to hurt, and my sister felt uncomfortable because of the seat height and because there was no handlebar to hold on to for support. And this is not a suitable bike to commute every day or for long highway runs.
    3. The best performance bike in the 155cc segment looks like the Yamaha r7.
    4. Compare to r15 v3, v4 service cost is a bit high even the spare parts price as well
    5. Pros: best performance bike in the 155cc segment.
Cons: the price is high for 155cc segment
    Committed riding position.
The seat is not at all comfortable for the pillion.
Service cost & spare cost is a bit high compared to r15 v3 & mt15.
    Not suitable for road trips.

Best bike under budget. I once did 8 hrs. of riding in r15m monster energy edition but didn't got any kind of pain. Looks and performance is ultimate. First service i got bill of 750 rs. And maintenance is good. The only con in this bike is, it's 155 cc bike. We have quick shifter and tcs saved me from accidents 3 times.....

This review is tailored for individuals seeking a budget-friendly sports bike alternative. Unless you have a strong preference for Yamaha or consider the R15 your ultimate motorcycle aspiration, you might not find the build quality particularly appealing. Notably, there have been numerous concerns regarding the front indicators, as they tend to detach easily, and the chain is prone to rust if not properly maintained. Nonetheless, it serves as a reasonably reliable option for your everyday commute and occasional leisure rides.

I love this bike but you can't drive it on the mud roads as it belongs to sports bike, I want yamaha to bring new version v5, v4 is not looking as good as v3. So I suggest them to bring v5 as soon as possible to you. The mileage is good but no one likes it looks.

The buying experience is very of this bike it is a best looking bike for its aggressive look
    I love this bike really.
The riding experience is very nice this bike the driving experience is amazing with a comfortable seating position, the mileage is not the best it gives around 30 to 35 and sometimes 25 in the city. The built quality is top and very good I'm really happy with it, coming to the service cost it is actually reasonable for a 350cc bike, whereas other bike charges pretty high. Also, you have to note that if you give your bike for service regularly then there are no issues, but the change of parts can be a pain sometimes. Overall the bike easily gets 4.5 on a scale of 5. And I am a proud owner of the bike.

Apart from being a touch expensive(In Karnataka 2.45L) this bike is a catch. Extraordinary milage easily 50+kmpl, be it speed, style, riding dynamics all tick marks for this stunner named R15v4(Racing Blue). Comfort is the only thing you might have to compromise with but I don't see it as a negative it is a sporty bike & honestly, I use this bike for everything & I've had no problems whatsoever.

I love this bike but you can't drive it on the mud roads as it belongs to sports bike, I want yamaha to bring new version v5, v4 is not looking as good as v3. So I suggest them to bring v5 as soon as possible to you. The mileage is good but no one likes it looks.

Very nice bike with beast like performance in 150 segment , better in everything....Can't expect anything more or less in that budget....Better buy this with all features like quick shifter and all you can have fun with it on the roads.
Usually it comes with y connect...Using which you can check all the records of bike this is the good feature which is now added....And there all various of colors like racing blue,. Dark knight, metallic red and silver...Overall bike is a sexy machine
