Ampere Magnus Summary
Ampere Magnus is an electric scooter available in 2 variants and 8 colours. Ampere Magnus generates 1200 W power from its motor. With both front and rear drum brakes, Ampere Magnus comes up with combined braking system of both wheels.
Magnus EX is an electric scooter from Ampere by Greaves. This electric scooter is powered by a 1,200-watt electric motor. The Magnus EX is claimed to accelerate from 0-55kmph in 10 seconds and boasts a top-speed of 55kmph. The 60V/28Ah battery pack promises a range of 84km per charge (as per standard testing conditions at ARAI). The charging time is rated at five to six hours.
The hardware on the Magnus EX includes telescopic front forks and a single spring at the back to handle the suspension tasks. The braking setup comprises 130mm drum units on both wheels. The feature list on the electric scooter comprises keyless entry, a combined braking system, and tubeless tyres. The convenience features include a detachable battery, a digital dashboard, a USB charger, and an under-seat LED light.
The Magnus EX is available in three colours – Gallatic Gray, Graphite Black, and Metallic Red. The scooter comes with a standard warranty of three years. Buyers can also opt for a two-year extended warranty for an additional cost.

Initially 55 km in full charge. Later reduced drastically.Dealer select not good. Ask for extra money and not customer-friendly behavior and support.The mechanic is not good at a service center. 1 problem gives different reasons for the same issue.Dc2dc converter not working checked and said the wiring needs to change.Visited another dealer for the same problem asked me to replace the dc2dc converter which cost approx 2k.This part is online and available for between Rs 200 to 500

Very bad, low mileage no pickup maximum 75km showroom climb 120 km but actually range single rider 75-85 and two people maximum mileage 75 very bad. no free servicing, the servicing experience is very weird.

Bad experience with the battery and breaks

Worst experience...My bike was very good till the 3rd service and the bike breaks failed on the same day after giving for service and I got into an accident, after informing the service people they came for repair and the battery got damaged after repair, they took 10days time still I didn't get a battery and very poor service and no response from the showroom people if this is the situation I'm going to file a case against the ampere showroom.

1) ampere magnus ex it is affordable price, middle class buggiest scooter.2) smoothly going compactable seating for pilon rider3) look is very nice, 110 to 120 km for one time full charge.4) it is very good service and no maintenance cost5) middle class buggiest scooter reasonable price government has given rs 30000 subsidiary.

1) it is very good ev vehicle government has given subsidiary rs 300002) very good and smoothly, ampere magnus ex is excellent ev, i am very happy to buy. 3) look is very nice and 120 km for one time charge, we observe 3 times checked, if we go 35 to 50 speed, it will come 120 km for one time full charge4) service excellent no maintenance charge5) more savings

Budget scooter for middle class

1. Waited 2 months to delivery for the vehicle and everything went smooth.2. Scooter is delay in instant acceleration. When break is released it needs 1 second to move forward. One flat roads riding is ok. When we want to stop in height area we need to apply break and give acceleration, this wont work this will give bad experience.3. Reaches to 60k in speed when high mode but there may 10-15% jump in speedometer. Getting 100+ range which is good thing.4.I don't see any change in current bill. Company said 2 units for full charge.5. Need to improve pickup issue.
