Recently I purchased a glamour black and accent model. Nowadays xtec model is only available.
The buying experience was good. On road price for the disc variant in Pune is around 1lac 5k. My riding experience was also good. It has a smooth engine and good pickup. Better road grip. Sporty and stylish look. Engine performance is also good. 1st servicing is yet to be done. Exhaust sound far better than honda shine. Go for xtec disk variant for a better braking system.
Pros-* better road grip
* getting mileage around 50+
*initial pickup is good
*led headlights
*sporty look.
*comfortable for daily ride
* Build quality is also good as compared with honda shine.
Cons -
* 1st gear sometimes stuck but it will be improved after service.
* engine kill switch missing.
* hero company should provide headlights on /off switch like previous models.

I am the owner of the Hero Glamour. I have been driving it for 3 yrs And I can say it's my best decision to buy this bike. 2)This bike riding experience is great it is very smooth and has good road grip. sitting position is very good. 3)Mileage in city limits can be up to 50-55 kmpl. Suspension is good. Pick up is very good . The build quality of metal parts is ok. 4)I can say it is budget-friendly because the maintenance cost of this bike is cheap. very easy to service 5) Best bike and very excellent features, I have to grand 5 stars to the bike to every person, bike riding experience, and mileage are very good, overall a good bike.

Very disappointed from this bike, please don't purchase it, It doesn't start with kick if self doesn't work then it never starts, I want to exchange this bike, and also service provider doesn't co operate, very poor service quality, please don't buy any of hero bikes specially glamour, totally loss of money.

The bike looks are same as the previous one but riding it cont reach minimum expectations. Especially gear, this one is the worst experience I have ever seen in my life. After several complaints & services, they changed the gearbox but I am not satisfied. Pick up & smooth running are also not expected at normal bike rider levels. The engine is heating if we ride 30kms . Overall it's not worthy.

Every 2 month's battery will go down.
We have bought and a new battery was also down.
The service people were saying every 3 months we have to recharge the battery.
have never seen this worst bike and company. Why are the service people not saying we have charged the battery every 3 months.

Glamour bike is better than all bikes, this is better for officials, mileage is better, looking stylish and official. A glamour bike is best. I used bs4 model bike, the best bike, when complete 3000kms then went to hero showroom for servicing, servicing charges are reasonable and better, finally, I say that this bike is better than all bikes.

It's horrible experience. I took 2022 model few months back and the biggest problem is drop in petrol. For 5 litres it gives a mileage of 210 km. Only worst experience is that the digital meter is not working properly. Don't take this bike and hero management is not giving good experience for its good customers..
