I purchased a PURE EV electric 2-wheeler on April 1, 2022, and within a year of ownership, I have encountered multiple instances of battery malfunction. According to the warranty terms and my understanding of the product, I expected the battery to function optimally for an extended period. However, the reality has been far from satisfactory.To provide a clear overview of the situation:1) I have filed two formal complaints about the erratic performance of the battery. PURE EV has taken the unit for repairs on both occasions and returned it to me. Unfortunately, these repairs did not result in significant improvements, and the problem persists.2) My feedback regarding the battery's performance issues has seemingly gone unnoticed or unaddressed by PURE EV. Despite reporting the issue and suggesting possible solutions, there has been no proactive response or follow-up from their end.3) Recently, I have encountered difficulties in reaching PURE EV through emails, as they have stopped responding to my communications. This lack of responsiveness has further aggravated my concerns.The crux of my complaint revolves around the fact that the PURE EV had originally promised a range of 120 kilometers on a single charge for the electric 2-wheeler I purchased. However, even after a year of ownership and multiple repair attempts, I find it challenging to use the vehicle for rides exceeding 70 kilometers without experiencing battery-related issues.Currently not able to use the scooter at all. The battery is completely dead.

Very inferior accessories parts are been used, even if the battery is half charged it takes nearly 4 to 5 hours to recharge, the leg mat slips very often resulting in loss if not taken care of, and too many jerks are experienced even at low speed, the headlight is also ok, not even a year has passed it started rusting.To be frank not at all worth this cost. Even after complaining to customer care, nothing is been done. The only assurance is been given.

Horrible bike horrible service & horrible battery no value for money

I paid 95000/- but got the invoice of 82000/- in January 2022, vehicle battery got damaged in February meanwhile on request they gave me a temporary battery after seven months I got my old battery after many follow-ups. But the very next day my vehicle was getting stuck after 3 to 4 km running I complained several times shop owner said he can't help me out as he himself is tired of the service received from the company and might shut the store soon. Guys don't buy any vehicle of pure etrance has a poor battery and poor service I paid almost 1 lakh not even using it for 3 months so will go to consumer court soon.

Very worst quality scooter with no service after the sale, Hubli showroom closed, and no information was given about it, now more than three months still battery laying Dharwad center they are telling no components received from the company to replace are telling to speak to the company, but when after a long try to tollfree no replay,Don't buy these Pure EV brand vehicles.

Only one word for such a garbage EV (TOOOH).Within one year and 4 months, the vehicle was with the service people. The battery has a lot of problems and was given for service again now they are not replacing nor returning the old battery. Many people have reported the same issue. It's a defective EV. My request is for all not to think of buying this EV.

The wheels have lesser dimensions and the possibility of skidding. performance wise very poor. Mileage and pickup are not as good as they claim in advertisements. service center performance average. no response from 45 days for the battery replacement given. battery performance is very poor and horrible. recommended for others NOT to buy e trance. service wise very poor. think before you buy.

Most economical bike. Save environment and your money by choosing ev bikes & cars

I bought this scooter in Feb. 2021, I tried many other manufacturer scooters but found ev ETrance neo is economically reasonable. For daily 30 to 40 km commuters this is good vehicle. This has 3 modes, 1st mode you cannot use it as the max speed is very less. We can use average and max speed modes only. In average speed (45km/h) i have got 100 to 105km range (max load was 90kg). If you use only max speed (60km/h), you will get maximum 80km range per charge.I drove this scooter in heavy rain also and not faced any battery issues. Boot space is not there in my scooter and even cant keep its charger also. But this issue is resolved in recent edition of this scooter.For one charge it takes 3 units of power and 4 hours time.Not good for youths who likes speed. Good for people who likes economic ride.Suspension is good but not for committed 150kg load.Water enters switches which affects indicator and head light on/off function.Odometer reading has difference compared to google map or any other bike or actual distance. Service person told that is because during short ride (anything less than 1km) km will not be added to total km count. Anything more than 1 km will be recorded to main km count. That's true but we will not go that short drives more often. Over all I liked this bike and suggest others to buy.Important suggestion: charge the battery only when it drains to at least 70 to 80% and charge 100 percent every time to get better battery life.

Buying experience good, riding experience good, performance is average. Service is very poor. Worst suspension, it have faulty speedometer. Dealer is not ready to cooperate. For speedometer they are say it takes 15 days to repair. It must be replaced, but they denied for replacement. If it is like that we may not expect good service in future. Rear suspension is too much delicate, worst in experience.

Changed review after 1000 km. Range is better than any other e scooter in this price segment. Get 105+ range in eco mode. Got true range 96 km range in second mode. With pillion it will reduce it to 90 km. Brakes are too good. Showroom people were very helpful.Improvement-1)Instrument console is clear but battery indicator could have shown in percentage for accurate batter indication.2) seat could be more spacious.

I purchased a PURE EV electric 2-wheeler on April 1, 2022, and within a year of ownership, I have encountered multiple instances of battery malfunction. According to the warranty terms and my understanding of the product, I expected the battery to function optimally for an extended period. However, the reality has been far from satisfactory.To provide a clear overview of the situation:1) I have filed two formal complaints about the erratic performance of the battery. PURE EV has taken the unit for repairs on both occasions and returned it to me. Unfortunately, these repairs did not result in significant improvements, and the problem persists.2) My feedback regarding the battery's performance issues has seemingly gone unnoticed or unaddressed by PURE EV. Despite reporting the issue and suggesting possible solutions, there has been no proactive response or follow-up from their end.3) Recently, I have encountered difficulties in reaching PURE EV through emails, as they have stopped responding to my communications. This lack of responsiveness has further aggravated my concerns.The crux of my complaint revolves around the fact that the PURE EV had originally promised a range of 120 kilometers on a single charge for the electric 2-wheeler I purchased. However, even after a year of ownership and multiple repair attempts, I find it challenging to use the vehicle for rides exceeding 70 kilometers without experiencing battery-related issues.Currently not able to use the scooter at all. The battery is completely dead.

Very inferior accessories parts are been used, even if the battery is half charged it takes nearly 4 to 5 hours to recharge, the leg mat slips very often resulting in loss if not taken care of, and too many jerks are experienced even at low speed, the headlight is also ok, not even a year has passed it started rusting.To be frank not at all worth this cost. Even after complaining to customer care, nothing is been done. The only assurance is been given.

Horrible bike horrible service & horrible battery no value for money

I paid 95000/- but got the invoice of 82000/- in January 2022, vehicle battery got damaged in February meanwhile on request they gave me a temporary battery after seven months I got my old battery after many follow-ups. But the very next day my vehicle was getting stuck after 3 to 4 km running I complained several times shop owner said he can't help me out as he himself is tired of the service received from the company and might shut the store soon. Guys don't buy any vehicle of pure etrance has a poor battery and poor service I paid almost 1 lakh not even using it for 3 months so will go to consumer court soon.

Very worst quality scooter with no service after the sale, Hubli showroom closed, and no information was given about it, now more than three months still battery laying Dharwad center they are telling no components received from the company to replace are telling to speak to the company, but when after a long try to tollfree no replay,Don't buy these Pure EV brand vehicles.

Only one word for such a garbage EV (TOOOH).Within one year and 4 months, the vehicle was with the service people. The battery has a lot of problems and was given for service again now they are not replacing nor returning the old battery. Many people have reported the same issue. It's a defective EV. My request is for all not to think of buying this EV.

The wheels have lesser dimensions and the possibility of skidding. performance wise very poor. Mileage and pickup are not as good as they claim in advertisements. service center performance average. no response from 45 days for the battery replacement given. battery performance is very poor and horrible. recommended for others NOT to buy e trance. service wise very poor. think before you buy.

Most economical bike. Save environment and your money by choosing ev bikes & cars

I bought this scooter in Feb. 2021, I tried many other manufacturer scooters but found ev ETrance neo is economically reasonable. For daily 30 to 40 km commuters this is good vehicle. This has 3 modes, 1st mode you cannot use it as the max speed is very less. We can use average and max speed modes only. In average speed (45km/h) i have got 100 to 105km range (max load was 90kg). If you use only max speed (60km/h), you will get maximum 80km range per charge.I drove this scooter in heavy rain also and not faced any battery issues. Boot space is not there in my scooter and even cant keep its charger also. But this issue is resolved in recent edition of this scooter.For one charge it takes 3 units of power and 4 hours time.Not good for youths who likes speed. Good for people who likes economic ride.Suspension is good but not for committed 150kg load.Water enters switches which affects indicator and head light on/off function.Odometer reading has difference compared to google map or any other bike or actual distance. Service person told that is because during short ride (anything less than 1km) km will not be added to total km count. Anything more than 1 km will be recorded to main km count. That's true but we will not go that short drives more often. Over all I liked this bike and suggest others to buy.Important suggestion: charge the battery only when it drains to at least 70 to 80% and charge 100 percent every time to get better battery life.

Buying experience good, riding experience good, performance is average. Service is very poor. Worst suspension, it have faulty speedometer. Dealer is not ready to cooperate. For speedometer they are say it takes 15 days to repair. It must be replaced, but they denied for replacement. If it is like that we may not expect good service in future. Rear suspension is too much delicate, worst in experience.

Best performance in this price range

Changed review after 1000 km. Range is better than any other e scooter in this price segment. Get 105+ range in eco mode. Got true range 96 km range in second mode. With pillion it will reduce it to 90 km. Brakes are too good. Showroom people were very helpful.Improvement-1)Instrument console is clear but battery indicator could have shown in percentage for accurate batter indication.2) seat could be more spacious.
