Although Royal Enfield has been selling the Thunderbird in India since the year 2000, it was only by 2009 that the brand updated the motorcycle comprehensively by introducing the 346 cc unit construction engine (UCE) that now powers all their 350cc models.
In October 2012, Royal Enfield launched a facelifted version of the Thunderbird 350, featuring a teardrop shaped fuel tank, digital instruments and fuel gauge and a projector headlamp. Additionally, the motorcycle gets an LED tail light and a few other cosmetic enhancements.
The Thunderbird 350 uses a single cylinder, 4 stroke, Twinspark engine 19.8 bhp of power at 5,250rpm and 28Nm of torque at 4,000rpm. This air cooled unit is mated to a 5-speed gearbox. It has recently been updated with the option of ABS for a very small premium over the standard model.
The Thunderbird 350 is available in five different colours and competes with the Jawa range, UM range, and to some extent, the Bajaj Avenger Cruise 220.
The average of the Thunderbird 350 is 35 kmpl, as per the owners of the bike.

I have been using TB350 for many years for Long Distance Riding. Multiple times I have done Mumbai-Goa on TB. I just love Riding TB, it's an amazing machine. Very comfortable and reliable built quality. The only issue is spoke wheels, it's a big problem when it's punctured. Changing to mag wheels and using tubeless tires are highly recommended while going for long-distance riding.

1. Buying experience is good2. Riding experience is ok3. Bike looks very good, but performance is very bad4. This is a very fraud service which gives all authorized royal service centers, simply they will charge this I have checked all most all bangalore service centers, and most frequently I am facing puncture people are not available anywhere, generally other bikes everywhere we can get it ready immediately but for this bike people not even ready to take this bikes for a puncture, and each and every part very costly, we can easily maintain one car for this expenses, so people beware of this royal Enfield bikes.5. Above I have mentioned everythingNo good in this vehicle.

Pathetic aftersales support

I am wondering if re takes their customers seriously after the product is sold. Please invest in aftersales support re, I am surprised how such an established brand can not manage one small grievance of a customer who has been loyal for 10+years. Not appreciated re, I hope to hear from your team on a resolution please.

Cool to ride. The braking could have been better! puncture of the rear tyre though not frequent is a big headache! skids if brakes are applied urgently. Good for daily commutes as well as long rides. Doesn't heat up too much in traffic. Very comfortable riding position. Not very expensive for maintenance. Overall a good bike to own!

It's huge!!!If you are huge :) so this is for you. It's a great bike for touring and showcasing. I don't recommend it for a daily commute and not useful for frequent rides in the city, also you will be frustrated while riding in traffic due to its weight and slow movement of the traffic. And keep in mind that it requires regular servicing.

The best bike to ride with pride Speed is awesome just throttle it and it runs fast and furious jut be safe as pick up is too good and fast while driving Maintenances need to be done periodically so the bike gives good mileage and running freedom of worryRiding the bike gives you a feel as if you are riding this with the pride.
