Ampere Magnus Summary
Ampere Magnus is an electric scooter available in 2 variants and 8 colours. Ampere Magnus generates 1.2 W power from its motor. With both front and rear drum brakes, Ampere Magnus comes up with combined braking system of both wheels.
Magnus EX is an electric scooter from Ampere by Greaves. This electric scooter is powered by a 1,200-watt electric motor. The Magnus EX is claimed to accelerate from 0-55kmph in 10 seconds and boasts a top-speed of 55kmph. The 60V/28Ah battery pack promises a range of 84km per charge (as per standard testing conditions at ARAI). The charging time is rated at five to six hours.
The hardware on the Magnus EX includes telescopic front forks and a single spring at the back to handle the suspension tasks. The braking setup comprises 130mm drum units on both wheels. The feature list on the electric scooter comprises keyless entry, a combined braking system, and tubeless tyres. The convenience features include a detachable battery, a digital dashboard, a USB charger, and an under-seat LED light.
The Magnus EX is available in three colours – Gallatic Gray, Graphite Black, and Metallic Red. The scooter comes with a standard warranty of three years. Buyers can also opt for a two-year extended warranty for an additional cost.

For an electric vehicle, the pick-up and speed are impressive. It handles well, even when I need to make quick lane changes. The charge is also impressive so I am happy with my purchase. I have bought it recently, so no complaints as of now. I am not sure why they have such limited accessories. That could be better.

I have been saving so much on fuel since switching to Magnus EV. It is also at a great price point. Plus, it feels good to be contributing to a greener planet. I bought this bike for my sister and she is finding it easy to ride. Of course, the performance or speed is not something that you can compare to an Ola or an Ather, but for the price, it is a good value.

The customer service team is super responsive. I had a few questions, and they answered everything patiently. Great after-sales support as well so I am happy with the service that my dealer provided. The vehicle itself is good and well within my budget but I think the warranty can be better. 5 to 6 years warranty should be minimum.

This is value less vehicle nothing service, I have got my charger Damaged with in my warranty period

Not providing me better service no sub delear and delear. I complained about my bike problem and after one month I got service. Further, I complained dealer at Berhampur but there was no answer there. He didn't provide any service men to me. So I suggest to all not to purchase this type of vehicle. One can better understand when he will face this type of problem.

This is not like an Ather or a Nexus in terms of performance but Magnus EV is just perfect for city commuting. It is compact, agile, and so easy to manoeuvre through traffic. I use it to go to my office and I find it perfect for the city drive. Saves time and fuel expenses. It looks good so that is an added advantage.

Excellent stability

The alloy wheels of Magnus are solid and provide excellent stability, even on uneven roads. This is a well-built bike, no doubt. The roads in my area aren't in great shape but the wheels offer stability and hence even my parents find riding Magnus easy. It is reliable and would definitely give a 5 star if they improve the warranty.

Love the look of this bike. It is modern and stylish, and I have received so many compliments. A head Turner on the road! It is perfect value for money as it is by far the best EV in the price segment that it operates, however, my only problem is the limited accessories. A bit more options would make it worthwhile.

The battery life is outstanding! It is super reliable and ideal for my daily city rides. This is our family vehicle that is safe and reliable. The only thing that they can improve on is the accessories. They could offer more accessories and that will be helpful for all kinds of riders. Also, the availability of accessories is a problem as not every dealer has all of them.

Magnus is packed with features for an affordable price! It is a great investment for city commuting. Magnus offers excellent performance and quality build. Excellent of course is relative, as the performance is not like an Ather, Ola or even Nexus, but it is good for city speed. I brought this for my dad and he likes it.

Please Don't buy these Magnus electric scooters... Parts are very low quality. Parts not covered by the warranty... Whenever changing a small part change 3000 to 4000 charged in the service center. Many times repaired and repaired.Very very worst . The switch, doom light, brake, censor, starting switch, controller, charging port, body parts, etc are damaged within a year and also charged every product from the service center side.

I bought this scooter 1.5 years ago, and during that time the battery started to have problems. I used the scooter for just 7-8 km each day, alone, and it has been 10 days since they took the battery out. The workers claim it will now take an additional 10 days. Worst services: I strongly advise against buying this stuff.
