The RS 457 is the latest supersport motorcycle from Aprilia for the Indian market. It is not only made for the Indian market but also exported globally.
The RS 457 looks sharp and sporty, taking its design inspiration from the Aprilia RS 660. Overall, the design features an aggressive stance.
Aprilia has equipped the RS 457 with a 457cc parallel-twin cylinder engine. It makes 47.6bhp and 43.5Nm. The engine is linked to a six-speed gearbox and gets a slipper clutch too.
The feature list on the Aprilia RS 457 comprises full LED illumination and a five-inch TFT display with Bluetooth connectivity. It allows the rider to receive calls and change music tracks as well.
Aprilia has also thrown in a comprehensive electronics suite. It includes traction control, ABS, and three ride modes.
Under the pretty bodywork, there’s a twin-spar aluminium frame with preload-adjustable USD front forks and a preload-adjustable monoshock at the rear. Its braking setup includes a 320mm front and a 220mm rear disc. These brakes are mounted on 17-inch wheels wrapped in TVS Protorq tyres.
Aprilia offers the RS 457 in three paint schemes – Prismatic Dark, Racing Stripes, and Opalescent Light. The Aprilia RS 457 rivals the KTM RC 390, Kawasaki Ninja 300 and Ninja 400, BMW G310 RR, and the upcoming Yamaha YZF-R3.

A nice bike that has a nice powerful engine, The build quality is not much stronger like the GT 650 but nice, I think this bike is overpriced by 1 lakh. Maintenance should be on budget, Bike and giving them to be in the world is a great time in my life

It's an amazing bike, best in sub 500cc hands down. However, there are a few things which you can really hate.like switch gear quality is a big no for a 5L bike it's a hard bucket plastic and 1st, 2nd and 3rd gears are clunky as they make a loud noise which ruins the top-notch performance it is offering and 4th, 5th and 6th are butter smooth like you won't even notice that it shifted. panel gaps are irritating, quickshifer is also jerky and it's expensive ugh these are disappointments and oh brake fade is real, upgrade fluid to DOT 5.1 if you wanna do speeds like 160+.Now the good part, damn the engine covers up all the cons. It's so punny and has a character that you will 100% fall in love with. Loads of torque. my god. the way it pulls it's a pure joy. 6th gear 50kmph-195kmph is also okay with this bike lol I mean what? and the pull in top gear is unbelievable which many bikes lack. the clutch is like very very light I like it. The exhaust roar is lovely for a stock after 4500rpm. Verdict: if you have 5L ignore the cons and just buy it period.
