Very bad service support. From the start, we had a lot of issues with the vehicle. For example, Ather has good data maintenance, so they can check vehicle no. The first vehicle had a breakdown though the vehicle was off manually, the vehicle was not getting off, but they had some major parts, for some time everything was ok, but after some days, suddenly vehicle got slow while running, where we used to put vehicle side, again off it & again start, so 2-3 km vehicle is to run, again it used consistently have same problem, after complaint, they used say it is resolved, but after some days I.e. 15-30 days, same problem is to repeat, like that almost around 5-6 times vehicle is left for same problem, well now we expect the vehicle to be replaced.

I bought another at Round 1.5k, Another ride is good, but you need to charge is a big headache, after exactly 3 years of warranty is over, another battery started to drain, it goes from a 68 km range to 28 km just after 3 km ride, just after 3 years battery problem started not even lasted for next 15 days that cheat ather. The new Battery cost is around 50k and comes with only 1-year warranty,
Just go for petrol
It saves more than this and has no problem with charging.

I purchased Ather 450X by Premsons Ather and they promised to provide home service but they cheated me and now demanding a per km home visit service charge. they cheated me.I am very much upset 😔 by his pathetic service. my ather experience is very bad and i suggest never buying Ather Electric.

Stop using 3rd grade material and selling your vehicle at a premium cost. Your brake pad and belt broke in 4000 km. And your service doesn't have any timeline to fix the issue. To change the belt they need 20 days. this is frustrating. I regret that I chose another. Their service is worse and worse.

I think buying this 450x helped me a lot since it handles itself so well in the traffic. I use this bike every day to college and malls and its mileage is quite good unless you don't have a pro pack, it keeps on running on warp mode, which is for instant pick up and if it keeps on running on this then I am sure that it's battery life won't last long. Servicing of the vehicle is a good place and they take it for 6hrs-8hrs( if you give them morning around 10 or 11) For the first service, which is going to cost around 7-8k. Hope this helps you if you are planning to buy Ather 450X.

One month After purchasing the Ather 450x, the scooter stopper in the middle of the road, called road assistance and they took the scooter to the service center in Chinchwad Pune, they took almost 21 days to fix up the issue, with software. Also @ the 2500 kms scooter started making a belt noise - paid from my pocket 800 rs to fix up the belt tension. @ 5000 kms running service center replaced belt under warranty claiming the belt is faulty. Again @ 8000 kms the scooter started giving belt noise - the scooter has been off-road for the last month as the belt is not available at any of the service centers in Pune. Poor design, service and parts availability are the main issues with Ather 450x. Think 1000 times before you purchase any of the Ather scooters.

Everybody looking for the best service but you are failing in servicing and customer care, the product becomes good when your service is best, when I bought this vehicle 1.5 years ago, I told everyone that this was very good but now I will not suggest anybody to buy this, In the next option, I couldn't share my bike photo because my bike is in service with you since one week

Review about my Ather 450x.
My Ather 450x is just 5 months old having Run 1222 km which is very sparingly used, my scooter 4 days back failed to run all of a sudden which when throttled used to just give a jerk, I have subscribed for roadside assistance but it was very difficult to connect with them wherein you have to be online for minimum 20 to 30 minutes, once connected I was told that there was no person to pick the vehicle for service & it can be picked up in the evening or next day
Finally, when the vehicle reached the service center I was told that the motor controller had failed and it would take 1 week to replace the required spare as it was not readily available.
After paying 1.75 lakhs for this electric vehicle this is the service we get and parts fail so easily, we do not know what will be the fate of these other scooters after 1 or 2 years. I am upset about this kind of service support.
When there is aware of the parts that fail so easily & frequently they should have ready stocks and not make customers wait endlessly.
So this is the quality of Ather scooters which can fail to work any time which makes it very unreliable & we will have to wait for ages to get the spares and keep it running.
