The Avenger Street 220 is Bajaj’s take on an affordable cruiser. This one, in particular, is more focused on urban riding than the Cruise 220 which, as the name suggests, is meant to munch longer miles. One of the oldest nameplates in Bajaj’s portfolio, the Avenger Street 220 was discontinued for a while in 2022 before making its comeback in September 2023.
The styling has remained majorly the same ever since its inception, apart from the headlamp re-design that took place in 2018. Typical of cruisers, it boasts a low-slung stance and a long profile with a teardrop-shaped fuel tank, scooped single-piece seat, long tail, and a chunky rear tyre wrapped around a 15-inch alloy wheel. At the front, it rides on a 17-inch wheel.
Powering the Avenger 220 is a 220cc, single-cylinder, oil-cooled motor that dishes out 18.76bhp and 17.55Nm. The engine is linked to a five-speed gearbox. Similarly, the hardware on the bike is quite simple as it gets telescopic front forks and dual rear shocks. For braking, it uses a single front disc and a rear drum brake setup. As for the features, there’s a fully digital console with a speedometer, odometer, trip meter, fuel level readout, clock, and more.

The 160 Street is comfortable for all ages and product quality is good comparing other cruisers. Low cost maintainsAnd I love to ride this bike.. When I brought it for my brother he was happy with the appearance And he was attracted to the exhaust its more special than the previous Avenger model Middle-class families need a bike.
