Bajaj Chetak Price in Jhansi

I got a delivery of a new scooter Bajaj Chetak 3202 on 27/10/2024 evening from Bajaj Chetak Dealer Society Motors, macrobertganj, kanpur. The scooter was 64% charged with a range showing was 78kms. After taking the delivery I rode to my home at Krishnapuram around 12 kms from the showroom. After driving around 4 kms suddenly a yellow triangle appeared on the meter screen and Scotter stopped. I tried to start again the scooter but it was locked and the screen went off. I immediately called the dealer and informed him of the incident after 1 hour of standing on the road two technicians arrived. They checked the scooter and informed me that the scooter software was defective and they have taken back the scooter to the service center. Now after 1 day, I am waiting for my scooter. I suggest to everyone that Bajaj company is in a hurry to sell the scooter but the quality of the scooter is not up to the mark.

I am frustrated with your all Lucknow service & insurance team they are not responsible for not responding to calls msg even your customer support is also not supporting customer care person doesn’t know in Lucknow ware is your service centre she is asking for the address I am telling her with pin code still she west my 20 30 min said I ll call you back she didn’t call me back i am frustrated with this scooty can you return my morning back. Please don’t make such a bad thing within 1 year 7 time battery issues after changing new battery and service facing the same issue nobody supporting me.
