After Sales Service Is worst. I would never suggest anyone buy this scrap! Worst Service Ever Seen! Bajaj service centres do not care for customers. The service centre technician doesn't solve the problem of the customer.Spare Parts are not available. The vehicle under warranty has lots of problems. Scrap Quality! Just a metal scrap, not a vehicle.
Tips for Bajaj Chetak
Don't buy this Scrap

I was going for the TVS but the TVS EV has not performed well, the shop owner suggested Chetak, which cost me 1.18L In Rajasthan, a nice EV by Bajaj Chetak, the design is like normal scooters like access and active, big size design, sitting is a little bit uncomfortable, it goes a little down, just a little back hurts, all though not satisfied with the front design, it's like 90s scooters, but if you want to buy ev scooter I will suggest you buy Chetak by Bajaj, full metal body, runs 125kms/4hr charging time, I am happy with my scooter.Rating Parameters

Poor quality of service. After three months Chetak EV 2443 Urban failed to start and display of screen. It is now like trash, they do have not any mechanics to repair it. The service facility is not available at the showroom of Chetak Mohali PH II, I suggest you kindly avoid buying EV Chetak. I followed his advice to buy and bought an electric vehicle, although I was never in favor of electric vehicles

Sourabh Dhamdhere
Very nice experience. The scooter is very good and the service is also very good, It very smooth riding experience, and the speed and the travel range are the best than the other eclectic scooters at this price. Also, it provides a fast-charging option. Its stylish, retro-modern design, its impressive fit and finish levels. Also, the body is fully metal.

It's very good for those who are searching for a budget-friendly two-wheeler and it's cheap because it's electric you don't have to worry about petrol and money, and its design is classic I love its design, they have an extended battery. Warranty that's a good part, overall good. performance. only one thing that I am disappointed about. In chetak, some times range shows 90 but it gives only 80 range the range depends on speed so that part you have to ignore it. over all good you can go for it.

Best EV scooter in India
Suneel Chouhan
I used this Ev the last six months, my experience has been amazing, and joyful..., what a design, performance, the Best running range with speed and handling, features I don't need any key, and overall best EV in India for every Indian, With adequate performance and excellent build quality, the Bajaj Chetak ticks all the right boxes when it comes to an urban electric scooter. However, you additionally need to buy the TECPAC package if you want connectivity and navigation features. All in all, the Bajaj Chetak is a great option for those who want a no-nonsense, quality e-scooter. If you can spend a little extra for the TECPAC, you can get the additional features as well.”

The scooter is very good and service is also very good but the main problem is its speed and performance it is not up to the mark also its screen is not so good bajaj should work on its screen, it is difficult to see in screen in sunlight but overall build quality is solid therefore good for local riders but not for people who travel more than 70 km because it shows fake range sometime.
