The scooter is very good and the service is also very good, It very smooth riding experience, and the speed and the travel range are the best than the other eclectic scooters at this price. Also, it provides a fast-charging option. Its stylish, retro-modern design, its impressive fit and finish levels. Also, the body is fully metal.

Worst service and facing more problems.
Service is not good and quickly not responding in the centre bike was not started in 2 days. Please provide good service.
I will not purchase this bike next time, worst and worst bike and service. I will give the complaint about the care he was not taking seriously. And bike did not start for 10 minutes after it started the bike.

It's very good for those who are searching for a budget-friendly two-wheeler and it's cheap because it's electric you don't have to worry about petrol and money, and its design is classic I love its design, they have an extended battery.
Warranty that's a good part, overall good. performance. only one thing that I am disappointed about.
In chetak, some times range shows 90 but it gives only 80 range the range depends on speed so that part you have to ignore it. over all good you can go for it.

I used this Ev the last six months, my experience has been amazing, and joyful..., what a design, performance, the Best running range with speed and handling, features I don't need any key, and overall best EV in India for every Indian, With adequate performance and excellent build quality, the Bajaj Chetak ticks all the right boxes when it comes to an urban electric scooter. However, you additionally need to buy the TECPAC package if you want connectivity and navigation features. All in all, the Bajaj Chetak is a great option for those who want a no-nonsense, quality e-scooter. If you can spend a little extra for the TECPAC, you can get the additional features as well.”

I am frustrated with your all Lucknow service & insurance team they are not responsible for not responding to calls msg even your customer support is also not supporting customer care person doesn’t know in Lucknow ware is your service centre she is asking for the address I am telling her with pin code still she west my 20 30 min said I ll call you back she didn’t call me back i am frustrated with this scooty can you return my morning back. Please don’t make such a bad thing within 1 year 7 time battery issues after changing new battery and service facing the same issue nobody supporting me.

I got a delivery of a new scooter Bajaj Chetak 3202 on 27/10/2024 evening from Bajaj Chetak Dealer Society Motors, macrobertganj, kanpur. The scooter was 64% charged with a range showing was 78kms. After taking the delivery I rode to my home at Krishnapuram around 12 kms from the showroom. After driving around 4 kms suddenly a yellow triangle appeared on the meter screen and Scotter stopped. I tried to start again the scooter but it was locked and the screen went off. I immediately called the dealer and informed him of the incident after 1 hour of standing on the road two technicians arrived. They checked the scooter and informed me that the scooter software was defective and they have taken back the scooter to the service center. Now after 1 day, I am waiting for my scooter. I suggest to everyone that Bajaj company is in a hurry to sell the scooter but the quality of the scooter is not up to the mark.

I would say chetak is not at all a good option. It shows a 104 range but gives around 65 range only on full charge. It will stop working soon. Facing issues before one year and service being very poor no one bothers to give you updates unless you call them again and again, so not recommended to buy at all.
