Bajaj Discover 125 Summary
The Discover 125 is Bajaj Auto’s premium commuter offering the 125cc segment. While the motorcycle has the same looks as its 110cc counterpart, the Discover 125 gets a slightly higher displacement motor and a disc brake option.
The bike follows the traditional commuter styling with a re-introduced bikini fairing for the headlamp which now gets LED DRLs, new tail lamp unit and a revised seat. It also gets a semi-digital instrument console with an analogue tachometer.
Powering the Discover 125 is the same 124cc air-cooled single cylinder mill that generates 10.8bhp of max power and 11Nm of peak torque. The engine comes mated to a four-speed gearbox. Suspension duties are handled by telescopic forks up front and gas charged twin-shock at the rear. For braking, the motorcycle comes with drum brakes at both ends with an option for a disc at the front. Both variants are equipped with CBS.
In terms of colour options, the Bajaj Discover 125 is available in black, red or blue shades.

What a bike discover 125cc

I discovered a 125cc bike riding something for 1 year. It is very smooth. I liked it very much. This bike comes with a 5-speed gearbox, which is very useful for high-speed and long journeys and highways like 60+ speed. It has a very good smooth and silent engine that gives me an average of 50 to 60 km/l, with good riding habits like 40 km/h to 60 km/h. I also ride this bike at 80km/h, and even then, it gives me an average of 40 km/l.

Amazing center suspension,pakka mileage, drive smoothly, long drive feel fly ..I never ever feel this I feel fly how is this possible because I drive discover 125, wow...Amazing.The last time I drive discover 125 bikes. Very bad experience honest review please don't buy this bike

I have a poor experience with this bike, i bought bajaj discover 125cc (2017 model) since then i am crying why i bought this bike, worst bike ever, it gives only 50-55 mileage, starting issue on winters, you need 5-10 minutes to start on winters, if there are raining outside don't ever dare to ride your bike while on rain, once it stops you will need mechanic to start again. Never recommend this bike.

Good bike for averages

This is an average bike for everyone. it's not that level balancing but has a good engine with average mileage. it's greatest problem comes during winter, the bike has difficulty in starting but other side it has great breaking system with average rating weight it is a budget friendly bike it can be preferred.

Good bike but with high servicing charges.

Buying experience was good.Riding experience not upto the mark as expected. Because it takes false gear automatically. Look-wise a simple looking bike good for daily commute.Servicing charges are bit high compared to other commuter bikes.Pros good mileage. Cons service charges are bit high. Clutch plate vanishes like anything. In three years of ownership have changed clutch plate for thrice.

Poor racing performance. Not worth for money. Mostly chain problem and gear box problem. Low acceleration. High vibrations. Long ride problem if u ride long ride the engine will make more sound.. Starting problem also low battery for self-start. Breaking system is worst for this bike design chain tight problem.

My buying experience was good i bought it from devender bajaj showroom saharanpur.I was riding this bike since 2013 and since then it is in good condition , it's look is ok and about performance i must say that it has a very good engine and transmission , but low in average.It needs regular servicing otherwise it won't work properly. But now i want to change it as it's performance become low and also shoker are not ok.Pros is it's engine ,it has a very good engine quality. It's main cons is it's average which is not more than 45kms.

Descent mid range motorcycle

I bought a pre owned bike that had run only 52 kms. Thereafter had no issues with any major faults as such. Riding posture, handling, balance all was quite appealing. The engine response was even more exciting. The pulling power with a pillion was decent enough. Loved riding the bike. Again planning to get one.
