The Benelli TNT 25 is the entry-level model in the Italian marque’s Indian line-up. As a quarter-litre streetfighter, it competes with the KTM 250 Duke and the Mahindra Mojo.
The Benelli TNT 25 gets all the quintessential streetfighter styling cues like sculpted bodywork, a muscular fuel tank, exposed trestle frame and a vertically stacked headlamp. The instrument cluster gets an analogue tachometer, but the rest of the information is displayed digitally.
The TNT 25 is the only single-cylinder Benelli model sold in India. It is powered by a 249cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine which delivers 28bhp and 22Nm of torque through a six-speed transmission. It is underpinned by a steel tubular trestle frame, with the engine as a stressed member. The brakes consist of a 280mm petal disc with a two-piston calliper at the front, and a 240mm disc with a single-piston calliper at the rear.
The Benelli TNT 25 is available in two paint schemes – rosso (red) and bianco (white). Benelli is also offering a host of optional accessories, like rearset footpegs, adjustable levers, crash bobbins, fork protectors and bar ends among others. Customers can opt for standard MRF tyres or stickier Metzeler tyres according to their preference, the latter of which cost Rs 7,000 more. The Benelli TNT 25 is priced at Rs 1.84 lakh, ex-showroom Delhi.

My experience with benelli tnt 25

Nishith Rai M
1.Buying experience: i bought this bike in 2019 at 1.65 lakhs used 2nd hand bike which had odo at 13000km.2.Riding experience: the sitting position is very comfortable specially for long rides3.Looks and performance: it makes special appearance in public also looks very cool. Due to bs3 fi engine it feels raw power, can cruise at 100km/hours without any problem.4.Servicing and maintenance: currently all most all Benelli customers are disappointed due to lack of service centers. But there are some motorcycle mechanical workshop who can service ktm, they do service of this bike too. Also the costs of its parts too over priced or costly and the availability of parts also less.5.Pros: a)looks and appearance b)raw performance c)comfort d)riding experience cons: a)lack of service b)costly parts price c)lack of parts availability d)never ending problems.

Very bad experience

Buying experience was good, only thing good about this bike is ride quality, and i don't think you need to waste your money just for this... So would never recommend buying a benelli bike... Too much maintenance costs and parts not available. In two years more than 1.2lakh i spend for this bike. Useless metzler tyres changed twice. Don't buy 250cc segment in this benelli.

Coolant water pump and spare part.
Japanos
I just bought this bike, i ride less than 50km and once reach home i found the coolant leaking,1st ride found this issue. 2nd ride with less than 100km i realize that the mater reading shown the temperature so high and once reach my destination i found the water pump was leaking. With only less than 200km mileage after buying this bike i got this problem. My speed riding only 60-80km/hour.I already ask the dealer showroom to order the part and more than 1 week the part still pending. Very hard to get spare part. My advice do not buy this bike or just buy it and experience it by your self. How worst is it.

Confessions of a benelli owner

Lets start with buying experience, it was nothing out of the box, so just 5/10 points there. Riding experience, i have this bike for more than 3 yrs now, its a decent experience, can cruise at 100km/hr all day without any prob, so a 7/10 there. Looks are good, get a lot of ogling when i ride so a 8/10 there. Service is mediocre, i will rate only 2.5/10. In my 3 yrs of time, i have changed starter coil, brake pads, rear tyre, horn, handle bar, very soon sprocket, the list just goes on.... Overall advice is it has killer looks, but at what cost.....? if you are ready for trade off, then do the math and buy, else go for the japanese or re or british or tvs or the austrians.
