About the Reviewer

Ridden for (If Owned)

0-5000 km

Got mileage of

36 kmpl

Seating comfort, Great road presence and design, good exhaust sound, attention grabbing, shorts fall with power delivery at lower RPM, but beats other competitors with top speed of 156 km/h at higher RPM. So have to choose this bike. Accordingly with own priorities. Mileage is 36 km/l. Satisfied with my requirements.

my worst choice ever I rode this bike in Ladakh, and Arunachal but its performance is like Platina don’t buy this bike and the service cost is high also the spare parts are too costly go for KTM Adventure 250 or 390x or Himalayan also not for tall riders and also when you sell this bike the amount you get less than 1.5lakh so go for other companies

There has been a significant reduction in price and at that price point, it's worth the money. Good mileage, sound, and looks. People stare when you ride what else do you need? It sells smoothly it is much better than Himalayan in power, vibration, and sound. It is much safer than any ktm bike available in the market. The only problem is you will miss that electronic after some time.

    Aswin Kannaa

Good at both off-road and on-road. The best thing is a 5-year unlimited kilometre warranty. Best, fastest and Good sounding adventure bike in 250cc. I am personally getting mileage of 25 to 40 km per litre. My personal top speed is 155 km per hour. Service cost is a bit higher than other brands. In 10 months I have already done 20000 kilometres.

Awesome bike with ultimate performance. Unexpected bike. Mileage around 30. Bike sound is ultimate. Comfort is satisfied and im6not a tall rider. But this bike fits perfectly. Everyone can ride this. Maintenance bit costly. But it's a normal thing for benelli. Best touring bike at a low price. Need more graphics and colour.

  • Benelli TRK 251 really a value for money tourer.

    Tegbir

The bike performance is great such as royal enfield classic and is cheaper in cost with a great tourer look than ktm adventure. Mileage is great giving about 32 km. The experience is good but it should be exactly like TRK 502. The only difference should be of engine but it had come with a slimmer body. Maintenance cost is on the higher side as compared to any 250 category motorcycle .
Riding experience is great but there is lacks top end punch .

  • Best touring machine under 3 lacs.

    Vinay

Guys believe me this bike is just amazing, definitely this the best touring bike under 3 lakhs budget, good road presence, absolutely better then Himalayan and adv 250, as this bike is completely inspired from TRK 502, there are no much vibrations or under power, for long ride the seats( rider and pillion) are so good, instrument cluster details are good it has complete details in console, good exhaust note, ground clearance is not gonna be an issue as it has 170 mm, its performance is just good and very refined. Suspension setup are too good. The only con is spare parts and availability.

  • Price it little lower and it will be best adv bike in segment

    Ganesh

    Looks like proper adventure tourer
    Service centers are few
    Amazing dual projector led headlights
Indicators are smartly placed on fairing
I understand power is not that great but 26bhp from 250cc means a very under stressed engine that can produce good torque at low rpms
Pricing should be close to 2.75 lakh on road
Comparing this with other similar priced motorcycle
    Ktm adv 250
    13kg lighter than adv 250
Has 3.5 litre more fuel storage
Pretty sure mileage will also be better than ktm adv 250
    Himlayan 400
    36kg lighter than himalayan 400
Has 3 litre more fuel storage
Mileage will be same if not better

The other manufacturer competing with Traction Control, Quick shifter, Bluetooth, TFT Display, Ride by wire, Ride modes etc but In this price point there is no slipper clutch atleast. Even 150CC bikes offering good instrument console. The rear luggage rack looks like XL super carrier. It might be a good bike if its price is 1.8L On-road.

    Helix Helps

    Dead on arrival.
Power torque numbers fail in front of the competition. Brings nothing to the table, when every other competitor is fighting on their own turf.
Xpulse is low cost almost dual-sport ready to hit the dirt.
Himalayan, creates a new turf for itself, meant for light off-road long haul tours as in the Himalayas.
Ktm adv, more of a tourer than an adv, but what can we expect at such a price point.
We Indians are not demanding enough from industry, and this displays on their product offering of theirs. All great stuff is left for overseas.

  • don’t buy this bike

    Ajoy Goswami

my worst choice ever I rode this bike in Ladakh, and Arunachal but its performance is like Platina don’t buy this bike and the service cost is high also the spare parts are too costly go for KTM Adventure 250 or 390x or Himalayan also not for tall riders and also when you sell this bike the amount you get less than 1.5lakh so go for other companies

  • A bike you must try before you review
