No good service center, complaints are not processed in systematic ways, never the service center gives u a proper reply. The bike has lots of issues while working, parts are not available, and takes lots of time to get it replaced, Many bikes are being placed there for repair but the time to return after is too much.

    Very poor maintenance service by the company.
    For any minor problem, you need to go to the service centre. Even because of a small problem, the scooter does not run and I need to take it to the service centre on mini tempo. Very expensive
    The body is very light and weak.
    Shokers are not good.
    I recommend going for a petrol scooter instead of an electric.

    Bgauss D15i model I am using from since jan 2023 after sales service very bad and waste of money to buying this scooter,
    every monsoon meter problem and service charge costly they asking meter change sensor problem and many other problems average problem ,charging time problem very slow charging and many problems don't buy this n bgauss products

    Smooth riding experience with comfortable seats. The look and colours are also very good
    I have purchased the bike for my son
    He is very happy with the bike
    In conclusion, I often remember that day with happiness and sweet sadness. Most importantly, the day when I learned to ride a bike bubbled to the surface of my memory when I hesitated to try something new. This experience has helped me to realize that what seems scary often turns out to be fascinating and refreshing.

    The after-sales service is extremely pathetic.
    My charger was not working after 1 year and when I went to claim the warranty of 5 years which was earlier given to me, they started coming up with unreasonable reasons like I didn't service etc and wanted me to buy a new charger for rs. 8500. Don't buy this product

    Very Good product. My father has been using this vehicle for a year. More than 10,000 km done. Good ride comfort. Giving an exact range of around 100 to 102km. Good and timely service by Showroom and BGauss. Like their customer's feedback and close loop, quick service.
    Highly recommended. BGauss D15i/C12.

  • NOT BUY BGAUSS VEHICLE

    THE COMPANY IS NOT RESPONDING AS WELL AS DEALER GETTING CHANGED EVERY 5 MONTHS.
    DO NOT BUY DUE TO NO OF ISSUE HAVING WITH PRODUCT.
    As discussed, we have purchased D15i on price 1,18,000 INR (instant payment transfer online) from your sarkhej shop 26th September. Afterwards, we have received information about discount of 7250 INR while instant payment & promoted by dealer through social media. But we have requested no of time while purchasing at your mahavir dealer about any discount but did not receive any information. Even though, we have checked with bgauss customer support too prior purchased and did not get information.
    So request you, please let us know reimbursement of 7250 INR.
    We are deeply dissatisfied with your service and double game of selling ( offline & online).

  • I FEEL CHEATED

    I bought D15. On my wife's birthday that's on Feb 2023
    1 . Never received calls for 1 servicing from BGAUSS
    2. When I decided to take the bike for servicing I started getting noise from my front wheel, I went to the Mulund showroom the mechanic said the bearing is gone I was surprised in the 1st 3 months of riding the bike if this is the issue when what will be next. they did not accept my bike as 1st servicing as the time period is gone by so it will be considered as a second service.
    3. The worst as I thought hit me, after I week of servicing the front wheel again started making noise, again took it to the Mulund showroom, the mechanic said the bearing is gone, he said they will be charging me for the bearing and labor charges, I asked them why in one week if you change bearing goes what guarantee you can give the new which you put will not go again, they didn't have any answer, but still I agreed for charges and asked them to repair it, luckily the servicing head who takes care of overall Mumbai was just there, the mechanic said you talk to him also I ask him about the issue he said this is the first time they are facing this issue, he asked the manager if they have charged me for the bearing, so asked the manager to refund the charges as it happened within one week of servicing, and asked the manager to order new Mac wheel and keep it as it might be Mac wheel issue we the left the showroom.
    4, After 4 days of changing bearings again the noise started in the front wheel and this time it was worst than the first and second times, the handle was shaking while driving and the noise that came from the front wheel was worst but I managed to reach the Mulund showroom, the mechanic said bearing is gone we need to order new Mac wheel and they said they cannot keep in the showroom as they have other bikes and space issue. They said they will call me in 3 days.
    5. I called the Mulund showroom after 5 days the manager Said you connect with your dealer from where you brought your bike I was surprised BGAUSS showroom cannot resolve issues with their own bike.
    5. So I called the dealer from whom I purchased the bike, I gave him all the details of what happened and everything, he said he will connect me to the Mulund showroom and I will personally get the Mac wheel, asked me 3 days' time but when I follow up with him he is also giving Excuses and almost After 1 month my dealer introduced one more person above him I explained him the whole ordeal I went through he said I will order the Mac wheel and by Tuesday day ie 6/6/23 he will delivery the Mac wheel when I call him now he his also giving Excuses now he his telling the servicing head is looking in this, now the service manager asked me 3 days .............but no resolution. I FEEL CHEATED

  • Simply wasted my money

    The buying experience was excellent as they convinced me to buy d15pro instead of b8i.
    Riding experience they claim 115 as their full charge range but even after a full charge I can see only 102 as a remaining range. As soon as I ride the bike for 400 to 500 the range will get reduced to 100. I have to ride the vehicle at a speed range of 25 to 30 to have an extended range of 90 kms. If you accelerate more the remaining range reduces drastically. To drive only at a speed of 25 to 30 I can’t understand why we have to spend around 1.25 lacs
    About service and maintenance, I have few very bitter experiences as my bike was in the showroom for approximately 3 to 3.5 out of 8 months since my purchase on various occasions.
    So far they have replaced my chassis, motor & seat in the span of 8 months. Every time I went to the showroom for any service they will take a minimum of 1 week to 10 days.

  • Bgauss d15i - review after 100 days of usage

    I bought this in December 2022 after comparing it with bounce infinity, greaves ampere magnus & hero optima cx. My usage is around 15 kms max every day. I'll give a detailed review of my experience with this scooter.
    1. Buying experience is good. I got it for rs.107000.00 with a charger.
    2. Riding experience is good. It has 16-inch alloy wheels so vehicle drivability is good. The braking could be better (only drum brakes)
    3. Looks not trendy but good in my opinion. The metal body has some finish flaws.
    4. Performance is not the best for me. Battery charging time from 10% to full is around 4.5 hours. After a full charge, the d2e (distance to empty) shows only 102 kms (the company claims 115 km range per charge). Apart from this everyday battery gets 10% drained ie) after full charge driving the vehicle for 20 kms the d2e would be 82 then the next day morning the d2e would become 72/73. I have complained about this to the company but nothing happened to date. The average range per charge is a max 65-75 depending on the number of days. Single-day morning to evening usage would give a range of about 85 max (the last 10 kms is not usable as max speed is restricted to 10 kmph).
    Service. Since I have availed only 1 free service I could not comment on that much. Maintenance is also yet to experience.

    I got this bike earlier as soon as I booked.
    Immediately after full charge in the showroom, traveled to around 110 km for the first time with eco mode and with a speed of 45.
    5 o 6 people asked me about this bike bcoz this bike was something different for them.
    I had an issue with the other battery and display in the next day. I got the service on the same day and the issue was resolved.
    Good bike for everyone in the family.
    The only thing missing in d15 i is an anti-theft feature in this price range.

    THE COMPANY IS NOT RESPONDING AS WELL AS DEALER GETTING CHANGED EVERY 5 MONTHS.
    DO NOT BUY DUE TO NO OF ISSUE HAVING WITH PRODUCT.
    As discussed, we have purchased D15i on price 1,18,000 INR (instant payment transfer online) from your sarkhej shop 26th September. Afterwards, we have received information about discount of 7250 INR while instant payment & promoted by dealer through social media. But we have requested no of time while purchasing at your mahavir dealer about any discount but did not receive any information. Even though, we have checked with bgauss customer support too prior purchased and did not get information.
    So request you, please let us know reimbursement of 7250 INR.
    We are deeply dissatisfied with your service and double game of selling ( offline & online).

  • I FEEL CHEATED

    I bought D15. On my wife's birthday that's on Feb 2023
    1 . Never received calls for 1 servicing from BGAUSS
    2. When I decided to take the bike for servicing I started getting noise from my front wheel, I went to the Mulund showroom the mechanic said the bearing is gone I was surprised in the 1st 3 months of riding the bike if this is the issue when what will be next. they did not accept my bike as 1st servicing as the time period is gone by so it will be considered as a second service.
    3. The worst as I thought hit me, after I week of servicing the front wheel again started making noise, again took it to the Mulund showroom, the mechanic said the bearing is gone, he said they will be charging me for the bearing and labor charges, I asked them why in one week if you change bearing goes what guarantee you can give the new which you put will not go again, they didn't have any answer, but still I agreed for charges and asked them to repair it, luckily the servicing head who takes care of overall Mumbai was just there, the mechanic said you talk to him also I ask him about the issue he said this is the first time they are facing this issue, he asked the manager if they have charged me for the bearing, so asked the manager to refund the charges as it happened within one week of servicing, and asked the manager to order new Mac wheel and keep it as it might be Mac wheel issue we the left the showroom.
    4, After 4 days of changing bearings again the noise started in the front wheel and this time it was worst than the first and second times, the handle was shaking while driving and the noise that came from the front wheel was worst but I managed to reach the Mulund showroom, the mechanic said bearing is gone we need to order new Mac wheel and they said they cannot keep in the showroom as they have other bikes and space issue. They said they will call me in 3 days.
    5. I called the Mulund showroom after 5 days the manager Said you connect with your dealer from where you brought your bike I was surprised BGAUSS showroom cannot resolve issues with their own bike.
    5. So I called the dealer from whom I purchased the bike, I gave him all the details of what happened and everything, he said he will connect me to the Mulund showroom and I will personally get the Mac wheel, asked me 3 days' time but when I follow up with him he is also giving Excuses and almost After 1 month my dealer introduced one more person above him I explained him the whole ordeal I went through he said I will order the Mac wheel and by Tuesday day ie 6/6/23 he will delivery the Mac wheel when I call him now he his also giving Excuses now he his telling the servicing head is looking in this, now the service manager asked me 3 days .............but no resolution. I FEEL CHEATED

  • Simply wasted my money

    The buying experience was excellent as they convinced me to buy d15pro instead of b8i.
    Riding experience they claim 115 as their full charge range but even after a full charge I can see only 102 as a remaining range. As soon as I ride the bike for 400 to 500 the range will get reduced to 100. I have to ride the vehicle at a speed range of 25 to 30 to have an extended range of 90 kms. If you accelerate more the remaining range reduces drastically. To drive only at a speed of 25 to 30 I can’t understand why we have to spend around 1.25 lacs
    About service and maintenance, I have few very bitter experiences as my bike was in the showroom for approximately 3 to 3.5 out of 8 months since my purchase on various occasions.
    So far they have replaced my chassis, motor & seat in the span of 8 months. Every time I went to the showroom for any service they will take a minimum of 1 week to 10 days.

  • Bgauss d15i - review after 100 days of usage

    I bought this in December 2022 after comparing it with bounce infinity, greaves ampere magnus & hero optima cx. My usage is around 15 kms max every day. I'll give a detailed review of my experience with this scooter.
    1. Buying experience is good. I got it for rs.107000.00 with a charger.
    2. Riding experience is good. It has 16-inch alloy wheels so vehicle drivability is good. The braking could be better (only drum brakes)
    3. Looks not trendy but good in my opinion. The metal body has some finish flaws.
    4. Performance is not the best for me. Battery charging time from 10% to full is around 4.5 hours. After a full charge, the d2e (distance to empty) shows only 102 kms (the company claims 115 km range per charge). Apart from this everyday battery gets 10% drained ie) after full charge driving the vehicle for 20 kms the d2e would be 82 then the next day morning the d2e would become 72/73. I have complained about this to the company but nothing happened to date. The average range per charge is a max 65-75 depending on the number of days. Single-day morning to evening usage would give a range of about 85 max (the last 10 kms is not usable as max speed is restricted to 10 kmph).
    Service. Since I have availed only 1 free service I could not comment on that much. Maintenance is also yet to experience.

    I got this bike earlier as soon as I booked.
    Immediately after full charge in the showroom, traveled to around 110 km for the first time with eco mode and with a speed of 45.
    5 o 6 people asked me about this bike bcoz this bike was something different for them.
    I had an issue with the other battery and display in the next day. I got the service on the same day and the issue was resolved.
    Good bike for everyone in the family.
    The only thing missing in d15 i is an anti-theft feature in this price range.

    Very poor maintenance service by the company.
    For any minor problem, you need to go to the service centre. Even because of a small problem, the scooter does not run and I need to take it to the service centre on mini tempo. Very expensive
    The body is very light and weak.
    Shokers are not good.
    I recommend going for a petrol scooter instead of an electric.

    every monsoon meter problem and service charge costly they asking meter change sensor problem and many other problems average problem ,charging time problem very slow charging and many problems don't buy this n bgauss products

    The after-sales service is extremely pathetic.
    My charger was not working after 1 year and when I went to claim the warranty of 5 years which was earlier given to me, they started coming up with unreasonable reasons like I didn't service etc and wanted me to buy a new charger for rs. 8500. Don't buy this product
