  • The bike that is practical yet does that extra one needs

    1. Buying experience
It was a smooth process and I got the delivery in good time, navnit motors mumbai always kept me in the loop and informed.
    2. Riding experience
The reason why chose to go ahead with this bike was for my height I could flat foot the bike easily and the weight is very manageable unlike the bike in its category. 120 front and 180 rear are really confidence-inspiring on the higher speeds. The suspension is good and you cannot feel most of the bumps and jerks on the road. The rear suspension is auto adjustable to one's needs and customizable up to 6 preset standards. It was a great package to get the pro version at a good price with 4 riding modes, a quick shifter, auto blipper, and automatic suspension. The ride quality is good and the bike is very nimble and can be used for day-to-day commute.
    3. Looks and performance
Looks are very subjective but I love the overall look and I just wish if bmw could have worked a little more on decals rather than keeping the bike in a single tone, well this can be fixed though. Performance-wise the bike is great and mostly you can easily cruise at speeds upto 120-140kmph all day long. It has cruise control as well which makes long rides a bit easy for your hands and shoulders. Bmw connects app lets you review your ride details as well.
    4. Servicing
I would say the price is justified and it might just be a little higher than other brands. But there is no compromise on the level of dedication and service satisfaction from the navnits technicians.
    5 pros and cons
    Pros
    Mile muncher
    Daily commute
    Very nimble
    Cons
Power could be a little more but happy with the top speed going upto 200 easily.

  • My dream comes true!

As a short rider standing at 5’4”, owning a sport-touring bike or a superbike has always been a dream for me. Unfortunately, most superbikes aren’t suited to my height, particularly for city rides where having my feet firmly on the ground is crucial for comfort and safety. The BMW F 900 XR has been a game-changer for me, offering an option to lower the seat while maintaining the same level of comfort and performance. This bike is truly awesome.
The showroom and workshop are conveniently located close to my home, making service and maintenance hassle-free. The representatives at BMW have been fantastic—extremely supportive and knowledgeable, ensuring a smooth buying process and excellent after-sales service.
At 58 years old, with significant family commitments and a busy schedule, I haven’t yet had the chance to embark on long rides. However, I frequently take short rides and can confidently say that this bike has provided an exceptional experience. The ride quality is superb, and the look of the bike is striking. I am very pleased with its aesthetics and performance.
One point to note is that the maintenance cost is a bit higher compared to regular bikes, but given the quality and performance, it is worth every penny.
The only drawback for me is the weight of the bike. It’s something to consider, especially if you’re used to lighter bikes. However, given its category, the BMW F 900 XR strikes a good balance as a mid-weight bike, and all other factors are definite advantages.
In conclusion, the BMW F 900 XR has met and exceeded my expectations, making my riding experience enjoyable and fulfilling. I highly recommend it to fellow riders who are looking for a blend of sportiness, comfort, and style.
