Buying experience- easy purchase, company person explained everything. Riding experience and comfortable ride. Details about looks, performance, etc- Sporty subtle look. Servicing and maintenance- zero maintenance, never faced any major breakdown. The perfect combination of performance and comfort. The best part is that the product is very reliable.

Don't buy this scooter.

Worst service after sales. Everything is up to selling the scooter only. After that forget about service. The service center once present is closed after a few months and then a new center opens which is also closed after a few months. For servicing, i have to drive 50 km which is almost full range. After that, I have to charge the battery again.

2. Very Stable and robust product in the segment in comparison to other products available in the market
3. Looks like an IC vehicle e.g.Back look is just like Activa, One can't differentiate if he or she doesn't know that it's an electric vehicle
4. Service Cost is NIL
5. Pros: Removable Battery, Cons: Range can be more
