Worst service after sales. Everything is up to selling the scooter only. After that forget about service. The service center once present is closed after a few months and then a new center opens which is also closed after a few months. For servicing, i have to drive 50 km which is almost full range. After that, I have to charge the battery again.

1. Value for Money2. Very Stable and robust product in the segment in comparison to other products available in the market3. Looks like an IC vehicle e.g.Back look is just like Activa, One can't differentiate if he or she doesn't know that it's an electric vehicle4. Service Cost is NIL5. A great buy for me! Highly recommend this scooter who are looking to buy a new EV 2-wheeler. In terms of maneuverability, braking, and acceleration, the suspension is top-notch. The simplistic styling with an open handle & round headlight and DRL is quite appealing. A great buy where performance surpasses expectations.
