    I am not getting my vehicle service after one month. Worst service, do not buy. There are some issues with the front and rear tires. Air continues leakage. No one is answerable for services. I am following constantly, and then after I am not getting any answer—so many issues in the vehicle. Do not purchase. It is a total loss of your money.

    Hassle free EV Scooter by Bounce

    The first thing I liked about this scooter was the portable battery. I did not have to get the charging connection done in the parking where I lived on rent. It was hassle-free. The battery is also not heavy, even my wife could carry it. Talk about driving, it gets the job done. We used the bike only for commuting within 5kms. It has helped us very much and with no hassle.

    Tips for other riders

    Battery should neither get discharged to 0% or full charge, too often. Best to charge when the remaining battery is about 10% and charge till 90-95%. This is just to keep the battery healthy and long-lasting.

    Terrible After Sales Service.

    There are many manufacturing defects & many of your scooters are faulty which is causing a lot of issues.
    Before thinking about investing your big hard-earned money in this Bounce Infinity scooter, research & study their after-sales service & support & then only take your decision.
    Once this scooter stops will only start after months because the company has a 100% focus on sales & marketing but they will not look into after-sale support. I'm one of the live examples.
