The motorcycle offers four preset ride modes with throttle-by-wire which adjust ABS and DTC along with throttle response namely the Urban, Touring, Sport, and Enduro -with full power always on tap in Sport and Touring mode and the urge reduced to 75 horsepower in the Urban and Enduro modes. Each of the four has different default settings for the three-stage Bosch 9.1 ABS and switchable eight-level DTS traction control programs. These comprise the DSP/Ducati Safety Pack included as standard. The Multistrada 950 comes to a halt using twin 320mm front discs, squeezed by Brembo calipers and a 265mm rear disc.
The Multistrada 950 chassis sits on a 19-inch front wheel equipped with KYB 49mm inverted forks and rear fully adjustable side mounted Sachs mono-shock with a 17-inch wheel. The standard seat height is set at 840mm that can be adjusted with accessory seats that go as low as 820mm and as high as 860mm. It weighs a kerb of 227kg and a has fuel tank of 20litres.
