The Ducati Panigale V2 is a supersport motorcycle. It features fresh styling, a new V2 engine, and much more. The bike is available in two variants - Standard and S.
The design of the new Panigale V2 is inspired from its bigger capacity sibling, the Panigale V4. It is fresh, purposeful, and sharper than its predecessor. The tail section too is designed beautifully while the LED tail light is reminiscent of the Panigale 1199 R.
Powering the Panigale V2 is a 890cc, liquid-cooled V-twin engine that makes 120bhp at 10,750rpm and 93.3Nm at 8,250rpm. Moreover, there are new twin, underseat exhaust pipes that not only look great but are also said to carry out a distinct sound.
Under the beautiful bodywork, there is an aluminium monocoque frame. The standard bike comes with a 43mm Marzocchi USD fork and a Kayaba monoshock that are fully adjustable. The Panigale V2 S has Ohlins suspension at the front and rear. Both variants ride on 17-inch wheels with Pirelli Diablo Rosso IV tyres. Braking duties are taken care of by twin 320mm discs with Brembo M50 Monobloc calipers, while at the rear, there is a 245mm disc with a 2-piston caliper.
Fulfilling the aspirations, Ducati has a long list of electronics on the bike. There are multiple ride modes, traction control levels, wheelie control, engine brake control, and a bi-directional quickshifter. The bike also gets a new TFT display with three display modes - Road, Road Pro, and Race.
The new Ducati Panigale V2 is to be priced at approximately Rs. 19 lakh to Rs. 21 lakh, ex-showroom.

The buying experience is very good and the riding experience is very good.. but it takes petrol very much. That said by far the biggest complaint that makes it sometimes uncomfortable is the same for all Panigales. The HEAT! If you're doing less than 40 mph for any length of time your bum is going to cook. You're quite literally sat on one of the 500 cc cylinders and its 2" exhaust pipe
