This bike is a belt drive so why do you need to lubricate it once every 10000km. This is for someone who write a review about this bike and claims to have own it. It sure will be a very friendly travel companion but the tank looks a tad small, so will it pose difficulty in remote places where fuel pumps are not available, the mileage is not more then 16kmpl too...

This bike is stunning in driving long roads. It's so comfortable for long routes while driving on it you didn't feel tired. Due to its heavy fuel capacity you didn't need to go for petrol too early in long runs. But guys this bike is not for the streets or short rides in narrow lanes . And one for all that the bike is amazing for heavy bike lovers.

The bike has been a legacy for me. It has absolutely incredible power output. Least to say, sometimes you get the feel of riding a superbike. When pitched ion high speeds it flies like an eagle. However keeping in mind the road conditions in India, the suspension let me down a little bit. Other than that, the bike does not have any other problems.

    5000-15000 km

    Tips for other riders

    1. Service your bike on time. 2. After 1000km keep lubricating the chain. 3. In traffic the bike heats quickly, always were jeans. 4. Don't customise it. 5. Before going on rides always for 10 to 15 min let the bike to heat. 6. Change tyres each 20000km. 7. Ride the bike early morning or late night.

Imagination & determination even though the prices are higher to my future budget, but surely will buy this once my budget will allow. Got opportunity to ride once. Right now can not comment on performance but look wise it is superior to other model that why my first choice will be this model. Pros & cons all depends on the ground conditions of roads & your driving cleaver.

Growing up, i had that one “cool” neighbor on the corner with a killer collection of Harleys in the garage and nude calendars on the wall. I would go skating back and forth in front of his house trying to catch a glimpse of those calendars and know that, happy to have an audience, he would eventually invite me in and start up one of the bikes. There was a shovel head he had owned for ages that he always seemed to be tinkering on, but of all the bikes that he loved to rev up and reminisce on, the one he would pull out of the driveway every day looking like it had just gotten a fresh coat of wax from the detailer was his purple cvo electra glide.

My neighbor’s cvo (custom vehicle operations) electra glide meant that he had made it, and maybe he had. Aside from a teenager with his first bike, i hadn’t seen a motorcycle make someone this happy. When you’ve been bleeding black and orange most of your life, h-d’s cvo is the top of the factory food chain. There are many of us who would customize our bike over a longer period of time, most notably because we have to wait for our paychecks, but for the die-hard harley-davidson fanatics, the cvo is the peak of factory customization. Nearly 20 years later, i’m throwing a leg over the 2017 harley-davidson cvo street glide, and it all makes sense. As if the comfort and performance weren’t enough, the jealous stares from guys twice my age, easily making 10 times my salary, don’t hurt either.
