Dear hero team
Glamour is the Best value money bike in this two-wheeler segment, a hero bike means no tension. We observed my area hero showroom had very respectful staff members & service was also very good. My glamour bike mileage is too good. I am very satisfied with this bike we thank to hero team in India.

Best in the 125cc category. Reliable and very low maintenance cost. The only problem with is the light. Almost 30000km run with this bike. For the last 7 years, I've been riding this bike with no issue. I did some small tours by bike. Need to change the battery one time after 4 years. After replacement don't have any issues. This has been a great experience to be the owner of this bike. And one more thing always change mobiles in a timely. Still, there was no issue with the engine.

Mileage is 45 km per liter, pick up is horrible, 92 is the top speed, even 110 cc bike like Bajaj ct110 was better mileage and pickup., meter pinion and drive plate often have to replace, the braking system is pathetic, even three months break shoe have to replace. This hero glamour sx bs4 model is one of the failed models.

This is a very luxurious and comfortable bike that I have ridden. It is very smooth and fast going without
any sound. No other bike is as good as this bike.
It also gives good mileage that saves money and light and horn are good. The design was excellent with a super colour appearance. I suggest everyone this bike.

1. The Salesmen were speedy in selling their showroom bike, because if we got a defective handle bike (bubbling on >40). They didn't offer detailed notes on the bike.
2. Riding experience is good but not for long-ride purposes. The seat is too hard and the Pillon Rider seat is too high which is not comfortable while breaking. The Pillon Rider just falls on the Front Rider while Appling Breaks. The Pickup and acceleration are too good but the Engine shutdown frequently doesn't know why.
3. The look is awesome and multiple colors are available in choice. But no attractive graphics on them.
4. Servicing and maintenance are affordable and worth the price. need to service the bike after every 2500-3000km run. but the metal parts quality is a bit low, and quickly got rusty.
5. good bike in commuter bikes in affordable price. but bike seats could be softer and straight for comfort purposes.

It’s a good bike but it vibrates a lot after just 60 kmph, the power feels low compared to other 125cc in this price segment, and the brakes become very bad after a year or so but it provides great mileage and can do 500km or any ride without much problem if u get used to the vibration as it is a commuting bike it is best to use it on cities and it’s not meant for Highways much, it is best for older people or someone who has to commute in cities a lot, it has good mileage and the looks of this bike is better than others in this price segment

Details about looks are not bad as it's attracted me to buy but performance lacks
Servicing is the worst part of the Hero Motocorp Rajbhavan road, maintenance is acceptable

1) Safeguard is poor quality
2) Service technicians are not experts in understanding of the customers
3) Lack of road grip
4) Very poor built-up its body.

This bike engine is not refine. It looks quite good however it is a very cheap quality product. It gets damaged easily. Service cost is quite good however their Service center money grabbing oriented so you have to pay all costs even which Service company gave in free of cost but you have to pay.
Pro:- it is a well-known bike
Cons:- cheap/2nd rated parts in machine.
