1. Buying experience is not good, very bad performing bike. Hero passion pro
2. Not good pick-up speed, gearbox hanging while shifting to the next gear. The engine stops working while riding automatically, bike engine connection is lost.
3. Look of the bike is good.
4. Service center does not take responsibility and also does not provide solutions, not providing any information regarding issues, regarding what they fixed, and behavior is also not good. They seem annoying. I also experienced the Anand Hero service center beside Champa junction railway station at Champa c.g.
5. Very bad experience with the service center and bike riding experience.

The best in class milage and style. The best thing is the looks with this segment. Very very very happy with my purchase. The side vazour looks awesome and glorious. Also servicing cost is very less as well. Happy christmas and happy new year to all in advance. The buying experience is also very good with the dealership and all.

1. They delivered bike without rc. 2. The bike engine gets switched off frequently. 3. I had to ride and start always in choke mode. I had to ride in choke mode for few minutes. 4. The service was done multiple times but the problem continued. 5. The mechanic did not tuned the mileage. Worst service 6. The style and comfort is there but the metal quality is worst. It is low quality iron instead of aluminium. It rust and discolored.

Hero is really good always for family. Kusumgar Nagpur is good, when I bought this bike they helped us by giving suggestions that passion is the best bike is this segment. Users always need looks and average both. I highly recommend passion x pro for all new buyers as riding experience is very good with 110cc engine which gives you 60 km/l in a one liter and I am using since more then one year. In a month my trip is 2800 km's. I change engine oil for good health. My bikes engine, lights is very good in dark. On highway speed is 90+ and not buffering in a road when trucks going from my side overall it’s very good for family also maintenance is very low. Rs. 600/-in every servicing with oil from showroom since lockdown I am using this bike from Nagpur to Jabalpur. It’s amazing part is it’s looking cool sporty and cons is mostly in bikes chain. You have to set otherwise overall is very good bike.

I owned this bike for more than 1.5 years this bike was a package of problems and low-quality materials, the battery died in every 3-4months, the button quality is extremely poor, the milege is max to 40kmpl, the sitting problem was not good back pen occurred you cant able to drive more than 1hr, the headlight has low power, the major problem comes with the battery you install any company batter it will not gonna work more than 4 months. It's my honest review don't go for this bike.

Let me flashback that moment when the I've bought this awesome bike. I have to wait for it for a while and it was worth the wait. On the same night i rode her for the first time. I felt so good and satisfied after a long time. Good thing was she(bike) can easily handle my weight even if i'm on her. Talking about her looks she was so charismatic, pulchritudinous and mesmerising. She gave a resplendent performance when i rode her. She was breath taking. Talking about her service and maintenance, she had cost me a fortune. I've put most of my earnings just for her dashing performance and her looks. Talking about cons, anyone of my colleagues or relative can ride her,misuse her and then take advantage. I don't feel safe when she's with anyone else.

I owned passion pro from 2012 it's very budgetive bike for middle class, i almost ride it upto 60000kms and i am fully satisfied with passion pro service cost is also very low and all the service centers are quite good think to buy a new 2019 passion with exchange of old and resell value is also good as compared to tvs & bajaj's bike "happy customer".
