Got mileage of | 45 kmpl |
I was riding RE 350 classic. The few important reasons to switch over are long travel within the city for work, fuel efficiency, ride comfort and reliability and mind-free maintenance. Cut in a week's time I'm in Passion Xtec. 1. Bought the bike from Vishnu motors in Ekkatuthangal (now closed after 20yearsnin business) buying experience was easy just like buying a candy in the shop. Booked the bike and got it delivered in four days and RC in a week's time from delivery. They are the best. 2. Riding Passion is a known feeling for many many years it is the same and if you think it is a light bike and only good for single riding then you are wrong, cos when you load it with your better half and your product it glides effort. The handling is super easy and from RE this is like a piece of cake in traffic no back pain and no wrist pain. 3. One other reason I choose Unicon is the looks and tech loaded. First in segments in many areas looking fresh and futuristic. However, the Passion Logo sticker is flimsy and will be anytime falling off with some water wash and wiping. Build quality needs to be improved. 4. Due to millions of bikes in the market and low maintenance cost service station is flooded with bikes and scooters, surely HERO cannot handle the volume as it took a minimum of two days to get your bike from service. The hero needs to improve on the service network. 5. Pros:A. It's a decent middle-class bike for young couples and not some uncle bike. B. It has a hood road presence and does the duty well. C. Mileage I get about less than 50km/l and this will reduce more once the E20 fuel is set to enter the market. D. Upright riding position and comfortable for 6.2 height rider like me. Cons:.1. Seat is on the stiffer side need to get an aftermarket seat cover. 2. Engine cut off at low speeds and while downshifting gears from 3-2 and sometimes in lower RPM in 1st gears in moving traffic it annoys and the help of self-start saves you from embarrassment and honking from behind commuters. 3. Front easily bottoms out in small potholes. 4. MRF tyres are the best (Ceat and TVs are also on offer) 5. Horn is low and has no effect6. Headlight is no use in heavy onboard traffic7. Milage not upto the mark. 8. FI system is problematic in Hero entry models. 9. Maximum speed 60kmph post that it's not going only revving with high vibration.
Tips for Hero Passion Xtec
Keep the rev on the higher side in bumper to bumper moving traffic to avoid stalling of the engine due to a petrol supply cut to the engine. The FI system is not that effective in Hero Passion Tyre pressure: 30/40 (Nitrogen is preferred) Don't go for the Good Life membership no use as there is no priority given for you at service due to the massive volume of bikes that comes for service. RSA is good for just 400/year The service contract for 650/year is good after Free service. Maintain the bike service only in Hero for Service and Engine warranty fir Five years. No need to carry the booklet as everything is digitized. Happy Riding

The average of the Passion Xtec is 59 kmpl, as per the owners of the bike.

The bike is the worst, has a lot of issues with the engine, and the mileage is not good, The Riddhi Hero service centre is not a service centre it's a roadside garage-type facility.Never buy any hero bike. My earlier bike was Hero Passion XPRO which is still running well but now Hero has downgraded their built quality, and engine performance so I will never buy any bike from Hero and will switch to HONDA.

When riding the bike engine gets off immediately when we try to cut the gear or while we try to hold the clutch to reduce the gear. On the first day itself, the problem started till now the problem has not been resolved by the hero company service center. I think this is a manufacturing defect or this model Hero Passion Xtec is a failed model in my opinion.

I bought Passion Xtec such a poor bike gear stuck many times service centre has no professional service engineers. And there is no solution after multiple complaints. I think mileage also going down due to gear hard shifting even though I had this problem from day 1. Burari has no good service centre and in fact, no one dealing with good manners.

1. The buying experience was smooth, apart from not getting my favorite color black which was out of stock, it was a better smoother experience from the sales department of the Kalyan Hero Puzhakkal branch.2. Riding experience about seating needs an extra cushion while riding gears get stuck often, the engine gets cut off at low rpm, the petrol indication is wrong, required a minimum of 2 L for the fuel pump to work.3. Looks are fine, bad quality switch especially the ignition which stopped working within weeks of purchase.4. Service from Kalyan Hero is fine.5. Pros: Looks good, fairly comfortable ride.Cons: The engine keeps cutting off at low RPM.Very bad brakeing. Literally no brakes.Low mileage compared with other 113 cc bikes. My advice go for another bike like a SP 125 if you have money to spend.

It's the most terrible buy. The very day I went for a test ride, the bike had stopped all of a sudden and the showroom mechanic had to come to check it. I thought maybe water got into the petrol tank since it was raining. And went on to purchase it purely for its looks, refinement, engine sound, mileage, and moreover trust in Hero. It was the worst decision. Using it for more than 2 years now and till now its problems have been intact. Service staff have never been able to fix it. If they do, then the same problem begins right within 2 days and sometimes times the next day itself. Every time the engine turns off automatically when you hold the clutch. Pros-1. Looks2. Engine soundCons-1. Turns off automatically after you hold the clutch in between traffic. 2. Doesn't start on the starter and even takes many kicks to get started like old Yezdi bikes literally.3. Doesn't have good road grip. 4. Very light, heavy winds literally shake the front wheel and handle.

If we travel a distance of 20 km, our waist will take a lot of pain. Service and maintenance is only 2000 if we rent it but if we take AMC it will be up to 600 rupees for service. The look is nice to see the LED headlight and the performance is a mid-range excellent. It is a unique look.

Worst bike ever

Worst bike. bike build quality is not good self-starting has a problem and frequently stops, the engine does not start and the coil quality is also good because, after 1 yrs itself, it gets damaged. The dealer is not good Customer service is not good and dealing with customers is not good simply raising their voice without any hesitation.
