I bought a new pleasure 2014 model bike before one week on 27th nov 2014.From 2nd day onwards i am facing the issues like self start and kick start problem. Also the fuel consumption is too bad(high).

A) the very first day faced a issue with self start.It did not work at all.Then i reached the nearest hero service center.They charged the battery after that it was fine

b) then 3rd day i faced the same issue and even i tried kick start also. Even kick start did not work.Again we went to that same service center.They kept the bike there itself for one and half day.

C) and they worked on that, then it was fine. The same problem occuring again and again. Even the service center guy also do not know what is the root cause for this.

I did not see such kind of bike in my life time. I do not even feel like that it is new bike. I hope u understand my feelings and situation. I spent my money on such a pathetic bike.

I bought hero pleasure 2013..From the next day it's having a battery problem. It's not getting started. Very often it's getting trouble.. And after a expensive service also it's getting with starting trouble..While driving this scooter its shaking... And the hero show room not giving proper service my money waste day by day.

The price of this scooter is okay in this segment.The riding experience is also good.Look is okay but performance after 10k kilometer reduces.The service is not satisfied me and maintenance is also good.Overall this is a budget friendly scooter in lowest price.This is the best budget scooter of hero in this this price range.

Mileage is very nice, but pick up is very very bad
It's good for ladies.
When we in traffic or slow down the excilater then the engine turns of, I spend almost 3000 rupees to solve the problem but it doesn't solve.
Sometimes its sounds of body parts is so much irritating.
In the morning when we start the scooter it's was start very badly and sound very badly.
I give the full acceleration but it doesn't run.
It's only pull forward and then it turns of.

A) the very first day faced a issue with self start. It did not work at all. Then i reached the same hero service center were i have purchased vehicle and then they kept my vehicle with them for one day and then also the problem was not solved...

B) then after i faced the same issue and even i tried kick start also. Even kick start did not work again

I did not see such kind of bike in my life time. I do not even feel like that it is new bike. I hope you understand my feelings and situation. I spent my money on such a pathetic bike.

My buying experience with hero pleasure was good.I brought it from a hero dealership.It was after a long gap that i was actually going to drive a two wheeler in a metro like mumbai. The scooty had enough power and stability to move in and out of highways and overcome monsoon trenches and potholes.It has a high top speed and does not make you feel timid even on the mumbai ahmedabad ... Highway.One can ride this scooty irrespective of his gender.... As far as servicing is concerned there are no hassles.Any good mechanic can do everything that is needed to keep in good condition.I met with a minor accident due to oil spilling on the road and did not suffer any serious injury.The scooter got some scratches but no major problem.I have driven 35000km on this scooty with pillion rider and solo from mumbai to virar ,asangaon , panvel and lonavla via old pune road.I found it reliable and safe.It encouraged me to buy a hero maestro from the same dealership after a gap of two years.Now i own both pleasure and maestro and am thinking of selling the pleasure to anyone who pays me good money for it.Thanks all for reading this review based on my experience.

I have booked hero pleasure on 26 may 2018 and the vehicle came into showroom.But they did not hand over the vehicle to us the same day.Reason they told and kept the vehicle with them in showroom only telling us unavailability of accessories not to take the vehicle home if Any damages not their responsibility. The vehicle was with them for almost a week. They said the vehicle will be home delivered but no one did it. Finally, we only went to showroom and they handover, we got the vehicle after alot of delay.But twist, that time itself scooter is not started. So they told due to cloudy weather it is not starting. They spend some time in showroom and started the bike using kick-rod.From the very next day it is not starting again. We complained them they took the vehicle for 4 times but could not resolve it.Services people are telling so many reasons-fuse is gone, -air block is there in petrol tank, -battery is discharged-electrical wire is malfunctioning-saying its new bike, the battery has to generate power. So run every day min 18kms to keep the engine safe.Also, services people said alternatives to start the scooter and we tried them also.-petrol is full tank air lock happened. So open the petrol tank and do kick-off start.(it started after several attempts)-battery is discharged due to leak of seat cover bulb. So, they re-charged the battery.After all the attempts they given to us, when i start it the next day it is not starting again.Same problem.Not sure whether hero motocorp is not maintaining the standards, just releasing the bikes without testing Or show room is to be blamed.

I bought it 1 year ago. Done 7000km. Engine is good and smooth. Mileage 45 to 48. Ride quality is best. very comfortable and not so heavy for girls i think. Suspension is better than many because of telescopic suspension. Instrument cluster is good it has trip meter. You can go up to 40 km in reserve. Fuel tank is nearly 5 litres.(should have 1 key hole for everything i.E start, seat opening, fuel cap opening ) fuel filling is internal and cool. Bike has fiber body so it didn’t create unwanted sound (better than my earlier scooter duet). Pick up is good i drive in hill station. If you want mileage then you should drive between 30 to 50 km/h so in city and heavy traffic you drive with fuel efficiency i rate it 4 stars.

Self start won't work properly.If we don't start more than 02 days self won't work...pathetic!! ..While running engine will stop automatically ,getting low mileage..Worst service experience from dealer instrument are not working properly. .fuel gauge totally stopped...Worst suspension won't give enough comfort in bad roads.
