Worst experience. Poor battery poor engine. Every time I have to start it with kick 10-15 times. And many times I have to call the mechanic. Bluetooth is unable to connect. The ride is so rough. Not giving an average of more than 30-35 km per liter. Automatically stops on slowing down anywhere on the road. I'm regretting buying this scooter.

Its service is very bad.
Caught up in just a small accident, all the front accessory is broken as it is made up of plastic. It’s been more than 3 weeks insurance person is not helping to fix it as they are saying they don’t have the same accessory for replacement.
Why are you selling it if you can’t give after-sale service?
When you want the installment, customer service will call me more than 20 times but for this, no action is taken.
Overall it’s been a very experience just in 4-5 months of purchase.
Just bought it because of the company name as it is a trusted company but the service provided by the company is very poor. And I know no action will be taken for my review too, just writing in hope.

Servicing & maintenance facilities are also good from a dealer. Everything is nice in this vehicle & I feel good to purchase this.

What an amazing decision that was taken by me one year ago. at an affordable price. I am enjoying every moment with this every trip with this brings good memories. Its looks attract every person who drove beside. I think it has an allergy to workshops because its smoothness stays away from workshops. Anyway, I'm happy with this.

Best looks are provided in this price range. The shiny and dynamic look provided by hero in this scooter. Performance is very powerful and best in this price range. 110 cc engine available in this scooter for a smoother and quicker ride.
4. Servicing and maintenance: best experience of servicing by hero company.
The first 5 services are free but extra charges on every service of scooter.
5. Pros and cons: best scooter for beginners. Not heavy for females and males. Riding experience best on smooth roads and highways.
The only cons of this scooter is mileage. Mileage is about 35 to 40 km per litre in the city. One disappointing thing is suspensions are not very good but are best on city roads. Front suspension is not best for off-road areas. The back suspension is responsible and works better than the front suspension.

I bought this scooter for my sister-in-law. Since it has a compact size and lighter weight when compared to other scooters in the segment, women can easily drive it. The mileage is good, easily getting around 60 kmpl while driving it to work daily. Although the pickup is not that great but its okay since it is mainly driven by female riders. Overall build quality is pretty good. Had it for more than a year and still got minimal scratches and no dents. It has two USB charging ports, one in the storage area and one outside making it easier to charge our smartphones on the go. One thing that I didn't like was the fact that we needed to lift the seat to refill the gas. Also, a push button unlock for the gas lid would have been much better.
