I purchased this bike became of good look and good mileage. I was happy . But after some months of purchase i have a bed image of hero company and i never got good response from service center .I can't refer any one bike of hero .

On the delivery day engine making sound after hitting low mileage.It doesn't deserve the name of splendor. Service engineer don't know how to repair the bike. Poor service given to the bike problem was not solved even after 2 months.Please don't buy this new bike which is of worst quality. With vehicle and new engine gave me big disappointment. Please stop producing this worst quality product and call back this product

Hero says it is a 110 cc bike but i don't think so because it performance is like a 70 cc bike. It make noise, and self start also does not work most of the times.

Average is not good. It gives 48km/lit mileage. That's why hero does not printed it's mileage in brochure. I would recommend not to buy hero bikes at-least newly launched.

I purchased this bike before 2 months. Its look is good .But engine quality is very bad .Its create sound on normal speed.And engine heated also.Its timing chain create sound. Petrol overflow problem.We face this problem just after purchasing.So don't buy this bike.Go to other bikes .All bikes in other company in 110 cc are best than hero

I bought this one from bikes auto (which is probably the worst hero dealer in ahmedabad. Full of liars and cheaters) ahmedabad in 2017 September. I had used passion for more than 10 years...So went for a hero bike once again. But it is one of the worst bikes.The problem is the engine. The bike gets off anytime while driving. It's a mfg problem still no one from the dealer tells you. Today, it's been 10 months and i am literally tired of visiting the dealer. am selling it with a promise to myself of not buying a hero product again.

I purchased this bike in oct 2016 the bike ismart bs4 110 ridden 18000km by me and engine broke two times . Never purchase this bike you will face engine issue , mileage issue and maintenance issue is the big concern . This bike is not good for daily commuters and i bought this type of 3 bikes .. One is for my brother in law and the second one is for me and the third one for my friend so behalf on that i am telling you this.

Purchased this bike due to fuel efficiency (daily travelling is 30x2=60 kms per day office to home.When i purchased this bike it was giving 68 kmpl for , after first service it was giving 55. Past few months it is giving only 40kmpl. Servicing people only washing and giving me back very poor service.

Before purchase this bike i was wonder to hear about this bike will give 109kmpl (claimed by hero) .

I have wasted my money.

Riding is with special sound effect is superb, engine sounds very bad even after all 6 free services its not rectified. And service center says its normal, as if we are fools and do not understand the problem, never expected such a worst bike from hero. Hero need to work on the seriously to improve.

First of all i would like to inform you that if you want to buy this bike on the basic of its looking don't go for it. You can get good bike in this price from other brands.Very poor quality of engine which is not able to take a single person and the pickup is very poor. The sound of engine is very irritating and you will feel like riding a old tractor.My suggestion for all the bike lovers is not to purchase this bike as i have already realising by purchasing this bike. You will never get the satisfaction after purchased. The vibrant sound of chain and engine will always remind you that you have chosen a worse bike.
