User Review of Splendor iSmart 110 by Sbs

I bought the wrong Book Judging it's cover. I bought it blindly as it's a Splendor, and I had used Hero Splendor for many years. After purchase, I got to know about the engine chain socket sound effects. ( further inquiries revealed that the buyers have to shed another 7-8k to rectify those defects. which I did not do, as I already felt cheated. (It was a manufacturing defect by the Hero company) later I found out the average mileage was also too low than advertised. Now it's been around 7- yrs, Total running of around 11,000 kms. I am getting mileage of around 38-40. How ridiculous I feel, as my aim to buy this was for fuel efficiency.

The engine sounds very very disturbing, I have used this bike last 6 years and am not satisfied with this bike, don't buy this bike, my mind is feeling a headache, The engine oil needs more than another 110cc bike like 1.25 litre but others need only 1 litre enough.

One year completed. My bike's average is so good and excellent pickup. Super ride and super mileage this bike is very comfortable and has good powerful disc brakes. Excellent speedo meter looking so good. It's so very comfortable to sit.

I have spent almost a year with my bike and the bike never disappoints me in any case. spender I Smart is one of the most successful bikes amongst the all hero bike.it is very comfortable in riding but the one think that dissappoint me is its speed as we go above 70 or 75 the bike starts vibrating .only this is why I have to sell my bike within one year of purchase.

I have used this bike for 4.5 year.
Before buying this 110cc model ismart I looked at the earlier 100cc model which was hit and gave a nice performance for a long time, so when 110cc model came it also had nice looks so by analyzing its past history and new look I bought this bike.
for 3 months bike gave an average of 75kmpl with nice pickup after that the average dropped drastically to 25 to 30 without any reason and it happened with many bikes ok ismart 110cc.
After that, the service provider opened the engine in 3rd month itself. After the repairing the mileage was 60kmpl but the pickup was like 90cc bike.

I have been riding bikes for the last 25 years or more and this happens to be my 4th bike. I never had so many problems with any other bike like this one. The timing chain got damaged and was changed 3 times in 5 years. The main drive chain broke and had to replace the chain set in less than 3 years. The build quality is so bad that something or the other is always not working properly. The balance is pathetic. I really want to spray petrol on this and burn it and then post the video on social media to ensure that hero knows about it. Worst bike ever made in human history!!!

The bike average is not good, the company said 105 km/l and the actual average is 55 km/l. Moreover, bike's condition after some years is not well. My suggestion to all of you doesn't purchase it. I changed the petrol choke, clutch, and race wire.
Some time engine voice is also found different.
All over, the bike is not as per our expectations.

This is my first bike, but the worst bike. On the first day when I take this bike to my home, the problem of engine noise started, given to the dealership to check on it. They said this is not a big problem, kept the bike for 3 days then noise problem solved. But in just under 50,000 km. Its engine gets seized about 5 times...I got regular service from the nearest dealerships also whenever the engine was seized also repaired by the dealership.I am regretting why bought a vehicle from hero motocorp...I will never buy or recommend someone in my life to buy any vehicle hero motocorp manufactured.

Worst bike in the world I have seen. No spare parts are available in any location or hero showroom. The engine noise is very loud. So don't buy this bike in the future. Bike's full spare parts are damaged and should be replaced. No suspension. Service and maintenance are very bad. Waste of money. Very very bad experience.
