User Review of Xoom by Aarif

While I was riding my Xoom in the beginning I felt like it was a horse but after three services I felt like I didn't want this horse because starting switching problems and unwanted sounds recently Xoom had a problem with the throttle body it cost me around 10,000 so what I suppose to tell is please don't buy this scooter. Instead of buying this please try to buy other vehicles this is my advice.

I bought the Hero Xoom 110 ZX model 1 year ago the scooter is good to ride experience was also good I carry around 200 kg daily still the pickup and mileage were unexpected with 200 kg I got a mileage of 45.4 kmpl I bought this scooter for its stylish looks, especially the front design was very attractive and its corner bending lights first in the segment the performance is quite impressive and though it's an air-cooled engine so maintenance is low I am spending 800rs every quarter so let's talk about pros and cons

Cons
1 low storage space in overall scooter
2 no luggage hooks
3 cheapest built-quality
4 much vibration at 0 to 35 speed
5 separate ignition and under-seat fuel filling
6 fit and finish is not so good
7 full fiber body so very delicate and expensive
8 not suitable for family

Electric scooters in India are still evolving in design, performance, and cost. Buy them, only if you are a fan of the “Go electric” campaign have a charging point in your parking, and are willing to take a risk of your life
The scooter is a beauty. Clean, functional, and minimalistic design.
Suspension is something to experience. It's unbelievable. They've somehow achieved the best of both comfort and handling. It's absolutely quiet. I've not heard any thud sound when it goes over a pothole/speed hump.
Overall, I've thoroughly enjoyed the experience. It's not a regular scooter with electric power. It's a completely different mechanical product and that's where it shines through. The symmetry in weight distribution, plush suspension, and absence of any sort of vibrations together make it a new experience. 20NM electric torque adds to the thrill. I believe the premium we're paying is worth it considering the below.

It’s the worst product in the rainy season. Never buy this Xoom, it starts not working in the rainy season and needs to kick at least 20 times. Don’t buy This product. service is not good, not recommended for ladies, and in rainy season better way to go with another vehicle. I strongly recommend to don’t buy this.

Terrible product. Battery drained after 4 months of use , replaced the battery with a new one but still the battery got drained after 1 month ! Most of the time it show issues like battery drainage or self not working! I was stuck in the middle of the road due to battery drainage. Think before purchase.

My worst experience with this scooter. I really regret why I purchased this scooter, not free to ride when I left the accelerator scooter lost momentum of speed like breaking and I lost time lost balance when we were riding two people chui chui sound coming, so don't buy it and ladies must not buy

Just 4000 km, full of vibrations and petrol-eating bike. only good style with a scrap engine. A recent battery drained off in 6 months and was severely missing on the road. No service help, rude staff. It’s a nightmare, a waste of money. they don't know how to fix the problem. DRL consumes more battery.

Change the Oil when you get the service symbol, and don't change the Oil in petrol pumps do it only in the showroom, before starting the vehicle please check for Air pressure, breaks and fuel indicator.

The buying experience was good. So is the service. The service advisor is a very nice person and takes care of any issues reported.
Riding experience is very good for a 110 cc scooter. Actually it feels like a 125 rather. Fuel efficiency is also reasonable.
Looks are the best in the segment and only Ntorq and Aerox stand a chance against it.
Performance is decent. I have taken the scooter to the most challenging mountain routes of Ooty, Munnar and Nelliyampathy. Blazing performance for its capacity heating issues or braking problems on high-range roads.
It's a pocket rocket!
