On road price of Hero Xtreme 125R in Jaipur starts at Rs. 1.13 Lakh ( ex-showroom - 96,695 | RTO - 9,541 | Insurance - 7,050) for the base model.
Having owned a Hero Xtreme 125R for the past year, I can confidently share that it has been a mix of positives and negatives. On the positive side, the bike's sleek design and sporty appearance immediately caught my eye. Its 125cc engine provides sufficient power for city commutes, and its nimble and responsive handling makes navigating through traffic effortless.
However, my experience with the Xtreme 125R has also revealed some drawbacks. The build quality could be improved, as I've noticed some rattling noises developing over time, which is concerning. Additionally, while the bike's fuel efficiency is decent, it falls short of the claimed figures in real-world conditions.
On a brighter note, maintenance costs have been relatively low, and servicing has been convenient with Hero's widespread service network. The bike's comfortable riding posture has also enhanced longer rides, making them more enjoyable.

Tips for Hero Xtreme 125R

Regular maintenance is essential for optimal performance and longevity of the Hero Xtreme 125R. Keep the engine oil level between the upper and lower marks on the dipstick and top up if necessary. Ensure regular maintenance of the battery to extend its life. Thoroughly inspect all parts of the motorcycle for safety before riding. To save fuel, avoid keeping the clutch lever pressed while driving, running the engine in low gear for extended periods, and accelerating aggressively, as these practices can increase fuel consumption.

I Love its design head sound and performance all the way wonderful in this segment lots of smooth performance and the milage is around 50t o56 if you ride under 60 range not for over speed revs and service is undoubtedly friendly behavior. I am done with 2nd service and ride around 3500 k.m and thanks bikeWale team for suggesting and this site member I all day find here my dream bike ... And last I own it proudly.

The road presence of this bike is 10/10 and after-market accessories will blow your bike, best in the 125 segments, sporty look, and also has 110 high-speed LED lights all around the bike are great in starting and will get 42-54 milages but after 1st service, everything will go great, I recommend XTREME 125 R ABS among duke 125 and raider 125.

I bought two types of tyres, but the workers did not recommend the best MRF tyres. Instead, my bike came with CEAT tyres. While the appearance of the tyres was nice, the overall performance has been disappointing. The mileage is only about 40 to 44 km/l, which isn't great, and the ride is not comfortable for my family.
In my opinion, it was a waste of money, but the choice is yours. Take care and drive safely

Everything is fine but the mono suspension got leaked after 2200 km and I do ride the bike smooth. I got it replaced for free because of the warranty but I know it will leak again so I'm saving money for that. Will try to switch the bike asap. Because I don't have that much money for changing 2600 rupees every 2000 km. Thanks

The Hero Xtreme 125R is a very poor-quality bike. I advise against buying it. After just 6 or 7 days of use, my bike automatically stopped working—it won’t kick start or self-start. While it's running, it can suddenly die without warning.
I urge the Indian government to intervene and ask Hero Company to stop the production of this bike. It poses a significant risk of accidents and could lead to serious injuries or even death. Please do not buy the Hero Xtreme 125R.

The bike is best in mileage. The best performance in section and style is like anything. It can carry a lot of load so it is easy for day-to-day life use. So the bike is nice. The bike is always on a good start and the engine is as smooth as ever. It doesn't require a lot of servicing hence it is pocket-friendly.

I have owned Hero xtreme 125r for 2 months.
Have driven 2600 kms and the mileage is around 55-60 kmpl ( depending on roads and driving) but overall its mileage is at least 55 kmpl the look is too good seating and riding experience are also good. Have an overall extremely nice performance in this 125-segment bike!!

The bike is best in mileage. The best performance in section and style is like anything. It can carry a lot of load so it is easy for day-to-day life use. So the bike is nice. The bike is always on a good start and the engine is as smooth as ever. It doesn't require a lot of servicing hence it is pocket-friendly.

I have owned Hero xtreme 125r for 2 months.
Have driven 2600 kms and the mileage is around 55-60 kmpl ( depending on roads and driving) but overall its mileage is at least 55 kmpl the look is too good seating and riding experience are also good. Have an overall extremely nice performance in this 125-segment bike!!
