My riding experience of the bike in the first 2 months. I am struggling with the gear shifter it's so hard to change the gear and acceleration was good. looks great. but the engine side view it's ok, and service and maintenance are good.Pro's. *Design* Acceleration* Break ( abs ) * MileageCons* Gear shifting * Give little power, bez the power generation is linear which is good but not enjoyable at lower gears but Meliage is awesome. I got 70 km mileage before riding 6 rpm. so good in Meliage.

Hero Xtreme 125R: Balanced Year-Long Review
38 weeks ago
Tushar Agrawal
On road price of Hero Xtreme 125R in Jaipur starts at Rs. 1.13 Lakh ( ex-showroom - 96,695 | RTO - 9,541 | Insurance - 7,050) for the base model.Having owned a Hero Xtreme 125R for the past year, I can confidently share that it has been a mix of positives and negatives. On the positive side, the bike's sleek design and sporty appearance immediately caught my eye. Its 125cc engine provides sufficient power for city commutes, and its nimble and responsive handling makes navigating through traffic effortless. However, my experience with the Xtreme 125R has also revealed some drawbacks. The build quality could be improved, as I've noticed some rattling noises developing over time, which is concerning. Additionally, while the bike's fuel efficiency is decent, it falls short of the claimed figures in real-world conditions. On a brighter note, maintenance costs have been relatively low, and servicing has been convenient with Hero's widespread service network. The bike's comfortable riding posture has also enhanced longer rides, making them more enjoyable.

Tips for other riders
Regular maintenance is essential for optimal performance and longevity of the Hero Xtreme 125R. Keep the engine oil level between the upper and lower marks on the dipstick and top up if necessary. Ensure regular maintenance of the battery to extend its life. Thoroughly inspect all parts of the motorcycle for safety before riding. To save fuel, avoid keeping the clutch lever pressed while driving, running the engine in low gear for extended periods, and accelerating aggressively, as these practices can increase fuel consumption.

Only looks are the best but the material is all plastic & bike performance is average so better to get the Pulsur 125, it will perform better at an even lower price because here you're paying only for looks. & Even you can go for Shine 125 cc because it will be a better value at their price than Bajaj Pulser 125.

Fun Motorcycle, and it's peppily refined I have owned this for the last month and the experience has been good. Except for the gearbox and the front shock absorbs rest all things are 5-star. There is that Sound when the front shock absorber encounters a bad patchy road, mind you the absorbers are good but that thud sound is always there and the gearbox is a bit clinchy. Rest - the bag is a stunner and it's mostly perfect on all fronts. The best part of the bike is its engine and looks. It's a good value-for-money product from Hero.
