Whenever you are going to service your service center they suggest you always change to parts there is no any replacement of item. They never clearly told you which parts are in warranty or not, they say only it will change otherwise your related parts also damage. Dear Bikewale, please don't Remove This Review.

This bike is very bad. Please don't buy this. I had bought it a year ago a very useless bike, it is not even available at the dealer, the dealer makes the customer crazy and harasses the customer, so I request you not to buy it.

Don't buy bike from hero because company launched bike without mandate parts company is not thinking about customers & bike safety.

Never buy any bike from hero because the company is not going for the safety of customers & bikes, company launched bikes without mandated parts, it is dangerous for customers, and you will never get good customer service or not good service for your bike as well. Dealers are helpless because of the company, they can't do anything for you.
