worst bike in this segment. please don't go for this. it's not useful for anything. engine overheating within the ride of 30kms. engine sound changing. I bought and put on olx within 3months. instead, you better choose unicorn 160 or hornet. not worthy. don't buy this.

Hero Xtreme 160R review

Best riding experience, everyday I'm riding 40 km. Still there is no performance lag, better light weight handling, good breaking, best instrument cluster, awesome look. Best comfort while riding, awesome mileage we never get 48 km/l in any other 160 cc segment bikes. Service and maintenance cost is low.

Very smooth engine and the current flat seat is very comfortable for family rides initial pickup is very good and the traction control is good to get in 160 cc, the new brown color looks better, compared with the other 160 this one is the fastest and most comfortable for ride, turning radius and handling in the metro is very good and easy.

Very friendly to ride and good fuel economy

When I bought this bike this was my first as an amateur rider this bike felt very friendly and after riding it for 7000+ kms I can say that this is the best 160cc bike u can buy in the market if u need good fuel economy and decent power it looks also very cool but I guess that depends upon personal preference also I can conclude that this is a very good bike for new riders and good mileage too.

Best commuter bike

Pros:
I bought hero xtreme stealth edition. Which will compromise all your expectations at 160cc segments.
Riding is almost smoother than a honda hornet 160cc, which I feel is personal. Can be able to travel 150 km continuously without any muscular pain. No vibration is found till it reaches 80 kmph speed. Having auto sailing function at 1st & 2nd gear.
The Black edition is looking decent. No extra graphics. Best for city riding and able to tackle heavy traffic. Approximately I got 45-50 kmpl of mileage.
Cons:
No Bluetooth connectivity.
Pinion seat is not comfortable for ladies who wear sarees.
The fuel tank locker is not a fixed one.

The hero agency person is good in behavior. The riding experience is good. The look of the black mat color with a golden shocker is so good. Till now I haven't serviced it. I experience no cons with bikes. The Hero Xtreme 160R is powered by a 163cc BS6 engine which develops a power of 15 bhp and a torque of 14 Nm. With front disc and rear drum brakes, Hero Xtreme 160R comes up with an anti-locking braking system. This Xtreme 160R bike weighs 138.5 kg and has a fuel tank capacity of 12 liters.
