I purchased this Activa from the Kolar Road branch in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. I've only had it serviced once, and that was a bad experience. First, they didn't want to service my Activa at all. They said the problems were due to the rainy season and that they couldn't take it in for service. For example, they said the noise coming from the brake shoe was due to the rainy season, the seat lock problem was caused by locking it too hard, and the tight handle was due to an accident. They said they couldn't take it in for service and that it would be a paid service. Second, there was always a shortage of workers. For example, one day the service man didn't come to work, and another day they were short-staffed. I came back six times, but they still didn't take my Activa in for service. I had a lot of bad experiences with the showroom manager.

I am totally satisfied after buying this scooter the engine is very smooth and refined my riding experience is extremely good the mileage is better than my experience and expectation the maintenance is pocket-friendly this scooter I use this scooter daily 30 to 40 km and the engine has no noise.

I had purchased a scooter seeing from bikevaala in gurgaon. Very good experience. I also negotiate the price with dealer as per the latest discount.I rode everyday around 50 km. This is a comfort ride. I also referred to my friend about this vehicle and price, he also bought.Personal suggestions every one should take the advantage once.

The buying experience was good as Honda has established it's name in the market but nowadays if we look at other brands they give their best in their products but Honda just upgrades 2-3 features & tag it as new generation, still no disk brakes in Activa and the quality of plastic feels very cheap.

Everything is just good from the buying experience to the servicing part. The Scooty definitely is value for money. I have been using it for longer drives as well. It could have a little bit more better suspensions.
Accessories could have been company-made and exclusively sold from company outlets.
