Shine is a very good bike its muscular look very great and its performance is truly amazing. Shine amazing bike no one competition this bike shine bike segments top most bike soundless bike control no maintenance bike no one beat this bike. I have been a Honda Customer for the last 6 years. I own Shine Dream Yuga. Shine is the top-selling bike after Activa.

Now in all series of honda this sp shine is amazing, looks nice, excellent design, sitting very comfortable, marvelous mileage, riding smooth, unfortunately why the honda discontinued this bike. We don't know. May be continuing this series is advantage to honda and fulfill the needs of honda lovers..

I own shine sp 2012 model. Powerful bike. Using since 9 years 70,000 km completed.
Nice and comfortable.
Used for long rides 150 km have a comfortable ride.
I am getting mileage 50 - 60 km/l.
Engine is not very noisy it has good pick up
Only issue is starting trouble especially winter season !!!
Maintenance little bit high.
Better change engine oil every 1500 km.

I am using since 3 years and 24 thousand kilometers completed yet but every day morning bike won't start need to give choke 3 to 4 km otherwise bike will switch off automatically due to this three or four times near miss and incident occurred. Some time gear skipping and tvs tyre poor road grip . I explain every time problem to service center but not solved and said honda bikes with out choke won't start. Choke cable, brake shoes, self start button brake tail light , chain kit, back tyre replaced yet.

Buying experience was good....but the engine overheats a lot....rear shock absorber not really good....It seems honda hasn't worked much on transmission system...the bike's chain makes noise while riding at low speeds with a high gear....In the morning it needs sometime to heatup or the bike goes off.....honda must have given a bigger rear tire....they should also must have gave a new exhaust note not that old one.

I have purchased honda cb shine sp 125 cc bike from dhruvdesh honda yelahanka on 11-2017. Two years down the line, i use my bike for daily commuting to office and home. As of now i have raided about 26000 km. At first the bike is good, after some time in between 5000-6000 km travel, the bike started to giving trouble in riding, and within 12000 km i heard the sound of chain sound badly and approach to the service persons, they told that the chain was gone for that they changed the entire chain socket along with the new chain for the charge.. After some times when the bike is coming nearby 20000 kms it starts to give the measurable experiences to me. Some times it has stop on the middle of the road and some times it's not going forward, when i approach to the service person, they told that to change the clutch pates and bell in the gear box etc and they told that it is around 5000/-. With this i'm not able to do the same. Now my vehicle is in the condition that it will not move on, some body should push that to move, also when you apply gears, even the bike is in gear it's not off. Maximum speed will be about 40 very rarely and very hardly.. Every day i'm struggling with this..Need to change this or give back to the company..
