Got mileage of | 30 kmpl |
1. It's a great value for money deal. Trust me on that. Go for long journeys if you have time or you may go for short trips of 150-200kms to have the best riding experience.2. Riding on it, makes you feel like a person of high persona (always felt, such things promotes your lifestyle as well).3. No competition in looks at the present market. Even as you go for weekend drives, you will observe vibration level is also quite low, which makes you less tired and filthy. Short trips wouldn't suffice your mind once you start riding it.4. Periodical servicing and timely change of engine oil will be enough for its maintenance. Not a high-maintenance vehicle. But in case of purchasing of spare parts, be prepared they would be costly.Pros 1. Great riding experience.2. Low maintenance vehicle.3. Looks amazing.4. Low vibration levels.Cons1. Buying costs a bit high!! ( would have been great if it is around 2l on-road). It could have killed its competition.2. Although I didn't expect much mileage in this range of vehicles, still it shall be improved.
Tips for Honda CB500X [2021]
This belongs to a brand name called Honda. I mean you need not think of high maintenance vehicle. Periodic servicing and timely change of engine oil are enough. Although be prepared for high charges of spare parts during repairs in case of accidents.

"ahh a 500cc for that money, Nah thanks I'd spend my dime elsewhere"; hold on now mr. Hotspur, don't disregard this in the spur of the moment. As with most hondas, this one too doesn't have a nice relationship with the spec sheet, which doesn't do it justice. Sure it's a 500, but it has various aspects to that capacity. First, it has more than adequate power (47.5ps) for Indian off roads and Indian roads, which are seldom better; and oodles of precise Japanese torque held out to you low down on a shiny Japanese imari platter to crawl along with the traffic for when the working hours get the better of your prudence, or when you need to tackle a hillock. The torque is available from low down so continuously that it feels like a continuous transmission at times, and off-road it feels like a tractor, just chugging along over anything. Not only that, the twin-engine gives a nice gentlemanly soundtrack that feels as impeccably refined as expected from a honda, but also intentionally gruff befitting a bike with "adventure" as an adjective. All that said, this is the bike I'd pick for an outing anywhere in this south Asian country, not knowing where I'd venture and what kind of roads (or lack thereof) await me, but knowing full well that I have the machine to tackle it all, from the crawling in the metropolis to be a lone wolf in the wilderness. Fueling from the get-go could have been more subtle, but take it as a kind of a tap at the back of your head to remind you to be attentive. The fuel range is so good that you'd want to stop for a refill much before the bike would. Wind protection is *kisses fingertips, and on-road this bike is so well mannered that it doesn't feel like an adventure tourer at all but feels like a road bike. It blends into its duel personalities so well that I've named mine dr. Jackyll. The "mr. Hyde" side of it doesn't come out until you jump off-road. So with all that, I'd end it with an overused but nonetheless adequate metaphor, it's a swiss army knife. Happy and safe riding fellas!
