Why Honda would not launch it in India? 300 cc is not in my budget but I have this in budget if it doesn't launch till oct 2022 I will go for Yamaha last option. Honda open your brains. Cb200x you are selling but not CBR 150r. Hats off. I love everything about this bike. Finally have the money but no option to purchase it.

I own a 2013 CBR. Being a second owner I don't have any issue. Honda's engines have their place in the world of the automobile sector which I can easily feel & sense using the bike from 2017.Positives -Silky engine sound No vibration at all esp at high ends 140+. I did a top speed of 148kmph w/o slight of issues.Bike balance & brakes are commendable.I had a trip from Delhi to Shimla with Pillon Rider and still clocked 40+ kmplHandling is well balanced not too committing to avoid fatigue.Negatives -Always craves for more power below 40 kmpl till 2nd gear which is very tiring in traffic jams. Seems low on Torque. The service network for CBR 150R is the worst. I had to go to Patparganj to get it serviced. 42 kms from my location.I always wonder why Honda is not pushing on performance bikes when they have gem-like engines. I suggest Honda needs to work hard on advertising as the same is the case with cars... very less options in the market. They are too lazy to gauge the market shifts and needs.I always wish you Good luck HONDA!!!! My all-time favourite :)

Its top speed is 142, not 106 without any modification best for daily commutes. I have a 2013 model and it is still running excellent if do all services on time it will run forever but have to change the battery for two years, especially in winter fun to ride and comfortable for long journeys sitting posture is excellent I wish they will launch a 300 cc segment.

Hello there i bought my cbr150r back in 2013. There were many options then like 220f, NS200, Duke200 but Honda is Honda you can rely on it. Though me and my bike have crossed 1lac kms and still the engine is untouched and its still going strong, That's the Honda's reliability. Coming on riding. Its fun to ride its performance loaded bike well you can use it as a daily commuter as well and also as a beast mode. Even it gives tough competition to NS200 and RS200. Even I have gone to Ladakh on my it and it was quite comfortable. The looks are genuine. Its love it or hate it bike. But I love it and the performance is unmatched. But the low torque doesn't give you the thrust in the start but the mid and high range is awesome. Maintenance is a bit costly but is worth. As i have crossed 1lac kms. As far as i am concerned the bikes of other brands won't last long as this. The only con of this bike is its low torque-its not just a machine its an emotion.

I bought cbr 150 r pre-owned because its my dream bike when I was toddler at that time my age is around 12 and I see this bike in commercial ad basically it was an cbr 250 r and I wish to buy it in 150 segment and pray to god and finally it's arrive in India but in 2018 when I am eligible to ride it. it discontinued so I reject yzf series including v3 and bought this bike it's have a amazing handling, controlling, braking in comparison of other bikes posture is excellent but all as no one can appreciate that because of lack of knowledge of types of engine it's dohc so initial pick up is slow in comparison of sohc but mid and high range rev is amazing and sound like super bike wind blast zero, sitting is comfortable no back pain and wrist pain. No heating problem and the most one service center technician are idiots no knowledge about how to deal cbr, if you are in lucknow don't visit Jugal kishore Honda visit Honda hajratganj and envision Honda thedipuliya ,don't use Honda genuine engine oil it is an grade of 10w30 but company recommend 10w40 I use motul but remember motul recommend 1.2l but put 1l only when I use Honda genuine oil clutch plates burned in starting of winter so I recommend to avoid engine oil only. Currently achieve average in city is 39 while commuting in 60 km/h but while above the 60 km/h. I achieved 36 km/l in highways it give 42 km/l while cruising at 90 to 110 km/h. In last there are one common problem no one is put hands on cbr in after market easily and giving cbr to an un expert technician is to kill your calmness. In last cbr is not an machine it's a feeling for my self and many.

I bought CBR 150R in 2013 now it's 2020, that's almost 7 years ago I bought it. It's Still running well. The service center is just pathetic. They will just literally destroy your bike the mechanics are some bunch of idiots . That's why I service it in some reputed local garages outside. The performance is awesome for 150cc category. It's under-powered in low end and decent in mid-range and it's just a beast in top end there is not much pull from the engine below 5,000 rpm after 5k rpm the bike pulls really well and when it reaches 7k rpm it literally becomes a beast. It can easily reach 140 kmph and it's top speed is around 150kmph , if you use Premium engine oil. But if you use mineral oil don't expect much performance and mileage . The bike vibrates at the speed of 80 to 85 kmph and lags power if you use cheap mineral engine oil. I used motul 7100 and 300 V2 with Loqui moly oil additive and then the bike became butter smooth . I cruise at the speed of 100 to 110 without any vibrations. And mileage is around 38 to 40 kmpl in city and 45 to 48 in highway if you cruise at 75 to 80 kmph ( with premium engine oil). It's chain needs lube more early at around 250 kms if you don't lube its chain you won't get much performance.

Top speed is 142 without any modification

Its top speed is 142, not 106 without any modification best for daily commutes. I have a 2013 model and it is still running excellent if do all services on time it will run forever but have to change the battery for two years, especially in winter fun to ride and comfortable for long journeys sitting posture is excellent I wish they will launch a 300 cc segment.

Beauty and the beast

Change the oil after every 4k to 5k kms and don't forget the lungs. If you want better performance change the air filter consistently and keep the chain lubed.

I have been using cbr 150r since 8 years. Riding experience is very good. Maintenance cost is high. Spare parts cost much. Excellent braking system. City mileage is about 42kmpl. Stylish sports design. Not suitable for family. Perfect for youth. Price is high. Chain sprocket sound problem. No pass button. Excellent pick up.
