Before owning this I only cycled for 10 years. Then bought this and learnt to ride on my own. I learnt to ride on this so it will always be a special one for me. My black beauty. First learnt on this, first went on a long ride on this, first took a girl on a date on this. Lots of memories. Bought it in Oct 2020. After riding it for almost 4 years finally upgraded to cb350. Now looking to sell my sp :(. It will break my heart to sell it, but no place for 2 bikes in our garage.
Anyway, let's come to the pros and cons.
First the good :
The engine is the best in its segment. Splender, Xtreme, and Raider for long rides apart from this, but the Honda sp125 sitting posture and engine is best among all of them. The gear shift is also good for most parts, I went to over 20 long rides over 1200km each. The bike took a novice like me safely to my destination and brought me back home without any problem. Thank you my black beauty. Also, I got the company's claimed mileage.
Now the bad:
1. The rear tyre is narrow and lacks grip, and I fell 2 times for the tyre skid. Good thing I was on low speed so nothing major happened.
2. Bike shakes on the highway at 70+ speed.
3. Overtaking is a problem.
4. Hard suspension and seat.
5. Gear changing sometimes stocks.
6. The headlight is low power (I understand it's Honda company policy so it doesn't blind opposite direction traffic blind, but then every company should follow this standard. Even my new CB350 headlight has the same problem). So use aux lights.
Conclusion: it's a good bike for the price. Every motorbike has pros and cons, you, as a raider need to understand the machine you riding, its advantages and shortcomings, and respect that, keep that in mind, and just ride on. For this one use an aux fog light.
End thought: she wasn't a perfect motorbike, but, she was my first. And I'll always remember and love my black beauty.

I am enjoying my bike, I used to ride this bike in a very crowded place still the performance of the bike is nice. Bike noise is very low.
I took my bike in neon color and Honda also provided a 3-year extra warranty just take 900 extra amount. Handle comfort ness is superb. Pick up to date is good because to date I run around 4200 km.

The Honda sp125 is a very good bike good mailag good performance and good luck nice bike but the showroom staff is not good so bad infarction SP 125. The bike is good, but all the fiber body, even the chain cover also, riding experience is good The Honda SP 125 is best suited for city commutes, but it can also be used for long rides. Honda recommends SAE 5W30 MA engine oil for BS VI-compliant motorcycles.

Buying experience: The buying experience of this bike was ok, I got the bike in 15-20 days. Honda didn't provide any helmet with it, that was disappointing. Just a personal feeling I get from Honda, their employees act with a "buy it or leave it we don't care" attitude. This may be because the people trust Honda and showroom flocks take advantage of that trust and behave badly. They never make efforts to convince customers. But Honda products are great

since I purchased this bike in October 2023, it has been one fantastic year riding with this bike. it has amazing features of time, and mileage on screen and runs very smoothly on the road. provide a very comfortable ride also. The look is very good in this range of bikes. I would personally recommend to others to purchase this one.
