      Good looking bike for college-going students and family perspective.
      Everyone buys a bike after the design of the bike but sometimes fuel consumption is a big problem so we have to choose a good mileage Bike.
      My personal experience of mileage is 55kmpl average riding.
      On highways, the average is around 45kmpl.
      Overall Honda is known for good service and good performance of the engine.

      Have a great long-term experience without any headaches. Riding quality is great no need to change gear to overtake, great performance even in lower gear. Style is also good, but the front headlight must have a new design, and the indicator must be LED. It must have a silent start-stop button. Its colour is grey, I love it.

      The Honda sp160 is worth for money as compared to another bike with 160 cc, ground clearance, pickup, and mileage everything is perfect as per my experience. If anyone wants to buy you can go through this which is perfect for family. Students can also go for this because their looks and mileage will not burden on their pockets.

      Bike Plastic body and Less Weight - Battery gone within 6 months- Not worth for Money.

      9 weeks ago

      Ganesh Kannan R

      Hi. I bought this bike in February 2024 and used it for office commute. Even though I already did the second service within the min km. I would not recommend it for buying, so that's why.
      Issue: Ground clearance is not good and sometimes two persons seated, are hit on the road lane.
      The battery failed within 6 months. When I took it to the service center, they replaced the standby battery, which is useless for self-starting, lighting, and horn. I asked the service center, they said the battery will be replaced max of 15 days. until you can do a kick start.
      All you, know, is how the HMSI sales & service centers do base service in Chennai. they do only the water wash and not doing the complete check on the vehicle state.

      Sushavan Chatterjee

      This is S. Chatterjee. My bike is a Honda SP 160. But buying this bike has become the biggest mistake of my life. I went to your Jessore Road service center yesterday to check if my disc pad is damaged or not. But let me tell you that I just got all these services done last week. Here's a rundown of what I've changed since my bike is less than a year old: Disc Brakes, Disc Pads, Petrol Filters, Smoke Filters, Hand Brakes, Chain Lube, Chain Wire, Mileage Wire (If any) handrail & Much more. My bike will complete 1 year on the 24th September and when I went here, I did not get good treatment from them for once. If I had known that within 1 year of buying a bike, I would have to endure so many problems, I would never have bought a Honda bike. Very bad experience. If possible, please take a look at this mail and let me know what I should do next. Let me tell you one more thing my bike has run 10000 km by the time I went to this service center (more than 8 times). Every time they have collected service charges from me by doing something or other. If there is this kind of behavior, anyone else will think twice about buying a Honda bike in the future.
      Some people there also said that if some bikes do not change their material then where will our commission come from? If the staff here have such a mentality then where will common people like us go? Does that mean that if we go to that service center to fix our bike, there will be some way of extra charge from us? Stay something bad and not stay? Very bad mentality. I am forced to give you 0 out of 5 as a customer.

      The engine is good 163cc engine does its work perfectly
      The pillion has no ladies' handle so it will be difficult for a family trip
      The gear position indicator is 100% useless it always shows a false reading
      The headlight visibility is low
      If it is a rainy day then don't take a vehicle that day or be ready to wash your clothes with muddy water because the tyre pushes all the water into the pillions and rider's body
      mudguard is too worthless if it rains the pillion is washed in mud
      The gear shift is not at all good
      I am an owner and I am just getting only 27km/hr milage to the worst
      Highly not recommended.

      The Honda SP 160 is a 160cc sports commuter motorcycle that was launched in India in 2022. It is powered by a single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that produces 15.4 horsepower and 14.7 Newton meters of torque. The engine is paired with a 5-speed manual transmission.
      The SP 160 is a good motorcycle for city riding. It is fuel-efficient and has a comfortable ride. However, it is not as powerful as some of its competitors, and it does not have the best build quality.
      Here are some of the reasons why you might not like the Honda SP 160:
      * It is not as powerful as some of its competitors. The SP 160 has a top speed of around 110 kilometers per hour, which is slower than some other 160cc motorcycles.
      * It does not have the best build quality. The SP 160 has been criticized for its plasticky feel and its tendency to rattle.
      * It is not as comfortable as some of its competitors. The SP 160's seat is not as plush as some other 160cc motorcycles, and its suspension can be a bit harsh.
      Overall, the Honda SP 160 is a good motorcycle for city riding. However, it is not as powerful or comfortable as some of its competitors. If you are looking for a motorcycle with more power and better build quality, you might want to consider a different option.
      Here are some other motorcycles that you might like better than the Honda SP 160:
      * Yamaha FZ-S FI
      * Bajaj Pulsar NS160
      * Hero Xtreme 160R
      * TVS Apache RTR 160 4V
      These motorcycles are all more powerful and have better build quality than the Honda SP 160. They are also more comfortable, making them a better choice for long-distance rides.
