jawa revived by mahindra.good to see the old school design born again, it should have provided rear disc too.but this can't replace the charm of 2 stroke road king.engine is of mahindra mojo, which has at least better performance than the royal Enfield. proper after sales support will make this brand rule the roads once again.

Excellent experience with Jawa 42 2.1, legendary look, comfortable for the long drive, Superb feeling while riding. I have been using JAWA 's bike for 1 year and again want to go with JAWA 42 FJ.Only one thing as conc. Service is expensive compared to others.Loaded with all accessories looks like a monster.

A mistake of my life

The horrible bike I had to send this bike 12 times to the service center in just 2 years for issues and none of them were rectified I travel approx 20 km a day and it’s the worst part of my day bike stops whenever it wants to it has horrible mileage less than 20 heating issues touches most of the speed breakers lot of vibrations service is by far the worst could never solve a single problem had to replace half of the parts not a single accident bike but bike fell due to small stand would never recommend this bike

Best bike for Highway Commutes .Good for City rides.

Good and Powerful bike.Stunning Look. Don't ride like an Enfield. This is a short-stroke engine. Have to rave the engine to proper speed and shift gears..otherwise, it will knock..Till now no major rusting issues. Hope for the good.Service center experience till now is good. Jawa should continuously train its dealership employees on their product and customer dealings.No complaints faced till now.Jawa yezdi improved a lot in 2024 .My request for Jawa,Please improve the low-end torque.Please make the meter console better visible in sunlight.Not visible while riding in the afternoon sunlight.Please add a USB port considering its segment.Please provide a touring seat as an accessory in your dealerships. Stock seats are not good for long rides.Open maximum dealerships and improve your marketing.

The worst thing is after-sales service which is very poor for Jawa 42. I purchased it from Shree Dadu Dayal Automobiles which is the only dealer in Ludhiana CityI have never received a single call for service after purchaseSecond, the average of the bike is equal to the car average which is 20km/L which is the worst.

If one purchases this bike then the work is finished from the dealer side. Then you are solemnly responsible for all the services /costs. Dealer duty is over. This is the most poor thing I have noticed in Jawa. You have to note the time period for the service you will not get any calls related to the service.

Never buy the Jawa 42.0 worst vehicle...often starting issue vehicle suddenly stops in the middle of the road, very dangerous, no kick starter too... a waste of money.Maintenance is too costly. No proper response from the service centre.

There is a need to change gears frequently. Talking about the seat, it is a little less comfortable for a long ride. The engine heat is too much during city riding. And if we talk about this pickup then it is the best 350/300 segment cruiser bike. And the Mileage is less than 30 before the first service.

I bought it with a lot of expectations but it was fulfilled 1 year later I am having a lot of issues with the vehicle. No good service providers in any city. Not good response from any of service centres. No skilled mechanics are available. And maintenance is also high in cost. Do not suggest to anyone to buy. People should go for the brand which will have more service stations and will provide good service for the customer.

WHERE THE INDIAN MARKET FOR CRUISERS IS DOMINATED BY ROYAL ENFIELD'S JAWA AS A BRAND PROVIDES A CRUISER WITH NOT ONLY APPEALING LOOKS BUT PERMORMANCE WHICH LACKS IN MANY CRUISERS OF THIS SEGMENT. BUYING EXPERIENCE:JAWA WAS NOT MY 1ST OPTION BUT WHEN I TOOK THE TEST RIDE OF JAWA 42 BIKE I IMMEDIATELY UNDERSTOOD THAT THIS BIKE IS MADE FOR ME BUT WAS A LITTLE CONCERNED WITH THE DEALERSHIP AS JAWA HAS A REPUTATION OF AN AVERAGE DEALERSHIP AND CUSTOMER RELATION, TO MY SUPRISE THE DEALERSHIP FROM WHERE I PURCHASED MY BIKE WERE RESPONSIVE AND VERY HELPFUL IN PROVIDING EACH AND EVERY INFORMATION ABOUT THE BIKE AND SPECIFICATIONS AND FEATURES OF THE SAME. THE BIKE WAS IN A FLAWLESS CONDITION WITH A PROPER PRE DELIVERY INSPECTION FROM THE OFFICIALS CONDUCTED IN FRONT OF ME. THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND SUPPORTIVE AND EXPLAINED EACH AND EVERY MINUTE DETAILS OF THE BIKE. NOT ONLY THE PROCESS WAS SMOOTH BUT WAS FAST AS WITHIN 5 DAYS OF BOOKING MY BIKE FOR A NOMINAL CHARGE OF RS2000 I GOT MY DELIVERY FROM THE CHINCHWAD DEALERSHIP LOCATED IN PUNE. THUS, BUYING EXPERIENCE OF JAWA WAS QUITE GOOD AND IT CHANGED MY IMPRESSION OF JAWA COMPLETELY IN A POSITIVE WAY. RIDING EXPERIENCE JAWA 42 COMES WITH AN UPRIGHT POSITION WITH FOOTPEGS ALIGNED NEAR THE ENGINE WHICH RATHER GIVES AN AGGRESIVE RIDING POSITION DIFFERENT THAN THE TYPICAL CRUISER BIKES FROM ROYAL ENFIELD OR HONDA.RIDING EXPERIENCE OF JAWA IS DECENT AS IT PROVIDES THAT RUSH THAT FEEL OF A NAKED SPORTS BIKE OF 200 OR 250 CC BIKE IN A CRUISER DUE TO ITS TERIFFIC RAW ENGINE IT PROVIDES A RIDE WHERE YOU SIMPLY WANT TO OPEN THE THROTTLE AND REV IT TO ITS LIMITS. COMFORT IS NOT UP TO THE MARK AS IT LACKS PROPER CUSHIONING OF SEATS WHICH WIIL MAKE IT UNCOMFORTABLE TO RIDE BEYOND 100KMS ALSO EXCEPT PERFORMANCE WHICH IS THE USP OF JAWA 42 RIDING COMFORT AND VISIBILITY MAINLY FROM THE ROUND MIRRORS IS COMPROMISED AND CAN BE BETTER.PERFORMANCE:THE JAWA 42 COMES WITH A 293 CC LIQUID COOLED SINGLE CYLINDER ENGINE THAT PRODUCES ROUGHLY 27 PS OF POWER AND 26 NM OF TORQUE WHICH IS THE USP OF JAWA 42 OVER OTHER CRUISERS OF THIS SEGMENT. PERMORMANCE IS ABSOLUTELY BONKERS AS IT IS A HIGH REVING ENGINE AND HAS ALL CHARACTERISTICS OF A SPORTS BIKE.THROTTLE RESPONSE IS VERY PUNCHY AND ALWAYS IS EAGER TO PUSH ITSELF, WITH SUCH A PERMORMANCE OVERTAKING SOMEONE IS NEVER A DIFFICULTY IN THE JAWA 42. OVERALL THE GEARING IS RESPONSIVE AND FITS VERY WELL WITH THE ENGINE GIVING OUT AN UNMATCHED PERMORMANCE. IT ACHIEVES 0 TO 100 IN JUST 10.28 SECONDS AND ALSO REACHES A TOP SPEED OF 134 KM IN NO TIME. THOUGH TOP END IS NOT THAT LIVELY AS THE MIDRANGE OFTHIS BIKE AS IT HAS SHORTER GEARING RATIOS.ROAD PRESENCE AND OVERALL LOOKS : THE ALL BLACK COLOR WHICH I PURCHASED IS AN ABSOLUTE HEAD TURNER PEOPLE WILL COME SPECIALLY FOR YOUR BIKE AND COMPLIMENT THE LOOKS, ALSO THE BIKE GIVES A RETRO MODERN LOOK AND A PREMIUM FEEL TO THE RIDER WITH ATTENTION FROM EACH AND EVERYONE ON THE ROAD. AFTER 1ST SERVICE NEXT SERVICE IS DUE AFTER EVRY 6 MONTHS OR 5000KM WHICH EVER IS EARLIER.AVERAGE COST OF SERVICING IS :RS2000-2500 WITH OIL COOLENT CHANGE BRAKE FLUID AND BRAKE PADS SERVICING WITH WASH AND POLISHING OF VEHICLE WITH GEAR LUBING.JAWA HAS A VERY LIMITED NETWORK OF SERVICE CENTRES ACROSS PUNE SO MANY A TIMES IS DIFFICULT IN REACHING TO THE SERVICE CENTRE LOCATION.PROS OF JAWA 42"VISUALLY APPEALING AND LOOKS FANTASTICVERY RESPONSIVE AND PERMORMANCE OREINTAED ENGINE AFFORDABLE AND EFFICIENT LIGHT IN WEIGHT COMPARED TO OTHER CRUISERS CONS OF JAWA 42 ENGINE HEATING ISSUES COMFORT ESPECIALLY SEATS ARE VERY UNCOMFORTABLE FOR LONG RIDES.UNRELIABILITY: FREQUENT BREAKDOWNS AND PROBLEMS REGARDING BATTERY OF THE BIKE.HIGHER GEARING RATIOS RESULT IN HIGHERS ENGAGEMENT OF GEARS AT LOWER SPEEDS SAFETY:DUAL CHANNEL ABS ALL METAL BODY THUS JAWA 42 IS A FANTASTIC PRODUCT FROM JAWA COMPANY IT HAS WORKED WONDERS IN MAINTAINING THE LEGACY OF JAWA COMPANY AND A TOUGH COMPETITION TO ROYAL ENFIELD WITH MAINTAINING THE SAME OLD SCHOOL WITH RATHER A SOULFUL ENGINE.....

IT HAS A LIQUID COOLED ENGINE SO COOLENT LEVELS MUST BE MAINTAINED REGULARLY AFTER EVERY 2000km. REGULAR SERVICING OIL AND BRAKE FLUID CHANGE AFTER 3000KM IS MUST. IT HAS A FUEL INJECTION SYSTEM SO FUEL LEVELS MUST BE ABOVE THE RESERVE LEVEL. I SUGGEST PPF INSTALLATION ON THE BIKE AS SCRATCHES ESPECIALLY OVER THE FUEL TANK OCCUR AND HAPPEN VERY FREQUENTLY.

This is the best bike I've ever seen, I ride many bikes but I say that this is the best bike than RE and Yezdi, a lovely bike. I can ride this for 1 year and It is the best bike than Hunter 350. But the main problem is Jawa didn't provide more accesories with this. I bought it from off market.

IT HAS A LIQUID COOLED ENGINE SO COOLENT LEVELS MUST BE MAINTAINED REGULARLY AFTER EVERY 2000km. REGULAR SERVICING OIL AND BRAKE FLUID CHANGE AFTER 3000KM IS MUST. IT HAS A FUEL INJECTION SYSTEM SO FUEL LEVELS MUST BE ABOVE THE RESERVE LEVEL. I SUGGEST PPF INSTALLATION ON THE BIKE AS SCRATCHES ESPECIALLY OVER THE FUEL TANK OCCUR AND HAPPEN VERY FREQUENTLY.

This is the best bike I've ever seen, I ride many bikes but I say that this is the best bike than RE and Yezdi, a lovely bike. I can ride this for 1 year and It is the best bike than Hunter 350. But the main problem is Jawa didn't provide more accesories with this. I bought it from off market.

Excellent experience with Jawa 42 2.1, legendary look, comfortable for the long drive, Superb feeling while riding. I have been using JAWA 's bike for 1 year and again want to go with JAWA 42 FJ.Only one thing as conc. Service is expensive compared to others.Loaded with all accessories looks like a monster.

The horrible bike I had to send this bike 12 times to the service center in just 2 years for issues and none of them were rectified I travel approx 20 km a day and it’s the worst part of my day bike stops whenever it wants to it has horrible mileage less than 20 heating issues touches most of the speed breakers lot of vibrations service is by far the worst could never solve a single problem had to replace half of the parts not a single accident bike but bike fell due to small stand would never recommend this bike

Good and Powerful bike.Stunning Look. Don't ride like an Enfield. This is a short-stroke engine. Have to rave the engine to proper speed and shift gears..otherwise, it will knock..Till now no major rusting issues. Hope for the good.Service center experience till now is good. Jawa should continuously train its dealership employees on their product and customer dealings.No complaints faced till now.Jawa yezdi improved a lot in 2024 .My request for Jawa,Please improve the low-end torque.Please make the meter console better visible in sunlight.Not visible while riding in the afternoon sunlight.Please add a USB port considering its segment.Please provide a touring seat as an accessory in your dealerships. Stock seats are not good for long rides.Open maximum dealerships and improve your marketing.

I purchased it from Shree Dadu Dayal Automobiles which is the only dealer in Ludhiana CityI have never received a single call for service after purchaseSecond, the average of the bike is equal to the car average which is 20km/L which is the worst.

If one purchases this bike then the work is finished from the dealer side. Then you are solemnly responsible for all the services /costs. Dealer duty is over. This is the most poor thing I have noticed in Jawa. You have to note the time period for the service you will not get any calls related to the service.

There is a need to change gears frequently. Talking about the seat, it is a little less comfortable for a long ride. The engine heat is too much during city riding. And if we talk about this pickup then it is the best 350/300 segment cruiser bike. And the Mileage is less than 30 before the first service.

I bought it with a lot of expectations but it was fulfilled 1 year later I am having a lot of issues with the vehicle. No good service providers in any city. Not good response from any of service centres. No skilled mechanics are available. And maintenance is also high in cost. Do not suggest to anyone to buy. People should go for the brand which will have more service stations and will provide good service for the customer.

BUYING EXPERIENCE:JAWA WAS NOT MY 1ST OPTION BUT WHEN I TOOK THE TEST RIDE OF JAWA 42 BIKE I IMMEDIATELY UNDERSTOOD THAT THIS BIKE IS MADE FOR ME BUT WAS A LITTLE CONCERNED WITH THE DEALERSHIP AS JAWA HAS A REPUTATION OF AN AVERAGE DEALERSHIP AND CUSTOMER RELATION, TO MY SUPRISE THE DEALERSHIP FROM WHERE I PURCHASED MY BIKE WERE RESPONSIVE AND VERY HELPFUL IN PROVIDING EACH AND EVERY INFORMATION ABOUT THE BIKE AND SPECIFICATIONS AND FEATURES OF THE SAME. THE BIKE WAS IN A FLAWLESS CONDITION WITH A PROPER PRE DELIVERY INSPECTION FROM THE OFFICIALS CONDUCTED IN FRONT OF ME. THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND SUPPORTIVE AND EXPLAINED EACH AND EVERY MINUTE DETAILS OF THE BIKE. NOT ONLY THE PROCESS WAS SMOOTH BUT WAS FAST AS WITHIN 5 DAYS OF BOOKING MY BIKE FOR A NOMINAL CHARGE OF RS2000 I GOT MY DELIVERY FROM THE CHINCHWAD DEALERSHIP LOCATED IN PUNE. THUS, BUYING EXPERIENCE OF JAWA WAS QUITE GOOD AND IT CHANGED MY IMPRESSION OF JAWA COMPLETELY IN A POSITIVE WAY. Good for those who want to try something different

There is a need to change gears frequently. Talking about the seat, it is a little less comfortable for a long ride. The engine heat is too much during city riding. And if we talk about this pickup then it is the best 350/300 segment cruiser bike. And the Mileage is less than 30 before the first service.

Don't Buy for the Reasons below

I bought it with a lot of expectations but it was fulfilled 1 year later I am having a lot of issues with the vehicle. No good service providers in any city. Not good response from any of service centres. No skilled mechanics are available. And maintenance is also high in cost. Do not suggest to anyone to buy. People should go for the brand which will have more service stations and will provide good service for the customer.

4 service and maintenance are the worst I m regreting buying jawa bike I suggest you all , please never buy jawa bike It's totally the worst I have been riding this bike for last 5 monthsIt takes so much fuel It's parts are very costly to afford for anyone There is no good mechanicsThere is rare service centre.

WHERE THE INDIAN MARKET FOR CRUISERS IS DOMINATED BY ROYAL ENFIELD'S JAWA AS A BRAND PROVIDES A CRUISER WITH NOT ONLY APPEALING LOOKS BUT PERMORMANCE WHICH LACKS IN MANY CRUISERS OF THIS SEGMENT. BUYING EXPERIENCE:JAWA WAS NOT MY 1ST OPTION BUT WHEN I TOOK THE TEST RIDE OF JAWA 42 BIKE I IMMEDIATELY UNDERSTOOD THAT THIS BIKE IS MADE FOR ME BUT WAS A LITTLE CONCERNED WITH THE DEALERSHIP AS JAWA HAS A REPUTATION OF AN AVERAGE DEALERSHIP AND CUSTOMER RELATION, TO MY SUPRISE THE DEALERSHIP FROM WHERE I PURCHASED MY BIKE WERE RESPONSIVE AND VERY HELPFUL IN PROVIDING EACH AND EVERY INFORMATION ABOUT THE BIKE AND SPECIFICATIONS AND FEATURES OF THE SAME. THE BIKE WAS IN A FLAWLESS CONDITION WITH A PROPER PRE DELIVERY INSPECTION FROM THE OFFICIALS CONDUCTED IN FRONT OF ME. THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND SUPPORTIVE AND EXPLAINED EACH AND EVERY MINUTE DETAILS OF THE BIKE. NOT ONLY THE PROCESS WAS SMOOTH BUT WAS FAST AS WITHIN 5 DAYS OF BOOKING MY BIKE FOR A NOMINAL CHARGE OF RS2000 I GOT MY DELIVERY FROM THE CHINCHWAD DEALERSHIP LOCATED IN PUNE. THUS, BUYING EXPERIENCE OF JAWA WAS QUITE GOOD AND IT CHANGED MY IMPRESSION OF JAWA COMPLETELY IN A POSITIVE WAY. RIDING EXPERIENCE JAWA 42 COMES WITH AN UPRIGHT POSITION WITH FOOTPEGS ALIGNED NEAR THE ENGINE WHICH RATHER GIVES AN AGGRESIVE RIDING POSITION DIFFERENT THAN THE TYPICAL CRUISER BIKES FROM ROYAL ENFIELD OR HONDA.RIDING EXPERIENCE OF JAWA IS DECENT AS IT PROVIDES THAT RUSH THAT FEEL OF A NAKED SPORTS BIKE OF 200 OR 250 CC BIKE IN A CRUISER DUE TO ITS TERIFFIC RAW ENGINE IT PROVIDES A RIDE WHERE YOU SIMPLY WANT TO OPEN THE THROTTLE AND REV IT TO ITS LIMITS. COMFORT IS NOT UP TO THE MARK AS IT LACKS PROPER CUSHIONING OF SEATS WHICH WIIL MAKE IT UNCOMFORTABLE TO RIDE BEYOND 100KMS ALSO EXCEPT PERFORMANCE WHICH IS THE USP OF JAWA 42 RIDING COMFORT AND VISIBILITY MAINLY FROM THE ROUND MIRRORS IS COMPROMISED AND CAN BE BETTER.PERFORMANCE:THE JAWA 42 COMES WITH A 293 CC LIQUID COOLED SINGLE CYLINDER ENGINE THAT PRODUCES ROUGHLY 27 PS OF POWER AND 26 NM OF TORQUE WHICH IS THE USP OF JAWA 42 OVER OTHER CRUISERS OF THIS SEGMENT. PERMORMANCE IS ABSOLUTELY BONKERS AS IT IS A HIGH REVING ENGINE AND HAS ALL CHARACTERISTICS OF A SPORTS BIKE.THROTTLE RESPONSE IS VERY PUNCHY AND ALWAYS IS EAGER TO PUSH ITSELF, WITH SUCH A PERMORMANCE OVERTAKING SOMEONE IS NEVER A DIFFICULTY IN THE JAWA 42. OVERALL THE GEARING IS RESPONSIVE AND FITS VERY WELL WITH THE ENGINE GIVING OUT AN UNMATCHED PERMORMANCE. IT ACHIEVES 0 TO 100 IN JUST 10.28 SECONDS AND ALSO REACHES A TOP SPEED OF 134 KM IN NO TIME. THOUGH TOP END IS NOT THAT LIVELY AS THE MIDRANGE OFTHIS BIKE AS IT HAS SHORTER GEARING RATIOS.ROAD PRESENCE AND OVERALL LOOKS : THE ALL BLACK COLOR WHICH I PURCHASED IS AN ABSOLUTE HEAD TURNER PEOPLE WILL COME SPECIALLY FOR YOUR BIKE AND COMPLIMENT THE LOOKS, ALSO THE BIKE GIVES A RETRO MODERN LOOK AND A PREMIUM FEEL TO THE RIDER WITH ATTENTION FROM EACH AND EVERYONE ON THE ROAD. INSTALLING A FLYSCREEN AND HEADLIGHT GRILL WILL MAKE IT VISUALLY APPEALING AND BADASS. FIT AND FINISH QUALITY IS DECENT BUT CAN BE IMRPOVED AS WIRING ESPECIALLY NEAR THE HANDLE OF THE BIKE DOES NOT LOOK GOOD ON SUCH A GOOD LOOKING BIKE.SERVICING AND MAINTENANCE:JAWA PROVIDES 4 FREE SERVICES WHERE LABOUR CHARGES ARE FREE AS 1ST SERVICING BECOMES DUE ON 1000KM OR 3 MONTHS WHICH EVER IS EARLIER FROM PURCHASE OF THE BIKE. AFTER 1ST SERVICE NEXT SERVICE IS DUE AFTER EVRY 6 MONTHS OR 5000KM WHICH EVER IS EARLIER.AVERAGE COST OF SERVICING IS :RS2000-2500 WITH OIL COOLENT CHANGE BRAKE FLUID AND BRAKE PADS SERVICING WITH WASH AND POLISHING OF VEHICLE WITH GEAR LUBING.JAWA HAS A VERY LIMITED NETWORK OF SERVICE CENTRES ACROSS PUNE SO MANY A TIMES IS DIFFICULT IN REACHING TO THE SERVICE CENTRE LOCATION.PROS OF JAWA 42"VISUALLY APPEALING AND LOOKS FANTASTICVERY RESPONSIVE AND PERMORMANCE OREINTAED ENGINE AFFORDABLE AND EFFICIENT LIGHT IN WEIGHT COMPARED TO OTHER CRUISERS CONS OF JAWA 42 ENGINE HEATING ISSUES COMFORT ESPECIALLY SEATS ARE VERY UNCOMFORTABLE FOR LONG RIDES.UNRELIABILITY: FREQUENT BREAKDOWNS AND PROBLEMS REGARDING BATTERY OF THE BIKE.HIGHER GEARING RATIOS RESULT IN HIGHERS ENGAGEMENT OF GEARS AT LOWER SPEEDS SAFETY:DUAL CHANNEL ABS ALL METAL BODY THUS JAWA 42 IS A FANTASTIC PRODUCT FROM JAWA COMPANY IT HAS WORKED WONDERS IN MAINTAINING THE LEGACY OF JAWA COMPANY AND A TOUGH COMPETITION TO ROYAL ENFIELD WITH MAINTAINING THE SAME OLD SCHOOL WITH RATHER A SOULFUL ENGINE.....

IT HAS A LIQUID COOLED ENGINE SO COOLENT LEVELS MUST BE MAINTAINED REGULARLY AFTER EVERY 2000km. REGULAR SERVICING OIL AND BRAKE FLUID CHANGE AFTER 3000KM IS MUST. IT HAS A FUEL INJECTION SYSTEM SO FUEL LEVELS MUST BE ABOVE THE RESERVE LEVEL. I SUGGEST PPF INSTALLATION ON THE BIKE AS SCRATCHES ESPECIALLY OVER THE FUEL TANK OCCUR AND HAPPEN VERY FREQUENTLY.

This is the best bike I've ever seen, I ride many bikes but I say that this is the best bike than RE and Yezdi, a lovely bike. I can ride this for 1 year and It is the best bike than Hunter 350. But the main problem is Jawa didn't provide more accesories with this. I bought it from off market.
