Don't buy. This e-bike in 1year its parts stop working even though this bike's quality is very low.On rainy days it stops working, west of money.

Worst product worst service Chinese item Ban this in India now I am going for fir on this company Fraud product no service fake information only for snatching money Don't buy joy companies' e-bikePoor Chinese products no service after sales.Customer service poor customer care fraudNot logged customer complaints.

1)no after-sale service even within the warranty period2)no response from the dealer as well as states company head3) low-quality fibre body not suitable for Indian roads4)battery replaced after 4 months5)charger replaced after 2 weeks6)even after mailing to the company's mail address & complaining to the customer care number over call, there is no response7)people are getting cheated by these types of unknown new brands who are just experimenting with their customer's moneyFacing problems from day 1I feel so embarrassed when it stops in the middle of the road & is too dangerous It stops at least 15 times for a ride of 8 km.8)I would recommend people to go for big brands like hero bajaj tvs ather.
