looks, performance and..... 4 inline engine is awesome makes city rides smooth at low speed. This is a bike for 6 feet tall riders... def not for riders below 5.10 as they will find it difficult in sloping curves. It comes with a ninja engine which makes it a highly realiable engine having tested and calibrated over 10+ years.

Tips for Kawasaki Versys 1000

go easy for 3 months and get used to the bike before touring. This is for tall riders, above 5.10

Smart inline 4 highway Cruiser

This bike is only for those who like to travel long distance, not in city commuters especially in cities with high traffic you will get tired especially in summer. One can easily imagine doing 600-700 kms in a day without any hassle. I have covered 3000 kms in 2 months and it is a good tourer bike and not a hard core adventure tourer. Smooth engine refinement but very heavy machine.

It's a great bike if you plan on touring, though it's a soft tourer, meaning it's for tarmac purposes only. Won't handle well on gravel and off-road conditions.
It's supremely comfortable and can eat distances like slurpy noodles. The engine is super smooth and can pull from low speeds and high gears.
I am very happy with the bike.
